I was filling a slushy and literally got sprayed like I was at a damn water park by an employee doing something with the disgaurd tray on the soda machine. I was sprayed with dirty disgaurd water, a different employee apologized and when I asked for paper towels to at least wipe the dripping water off my face they gave me two picnic napkins as if that would solve the water running down my face, legs, my soaking wet shirt and my child who was also sprayed. Honestly should have set the slushie down and left, but I still paid.

My husband went in to use the restroom and came out with 2 spam musubi. I got excited and went in after him to buy 2 more for myself. For whatever reason they charged my husband $3.84 for his 2 and me $5.50 for mine. Don’t know what’s up with that but it was irritating.

Don't buy their food that they make or their coffee it's so bad they tried to get me to buy a whole pizza for a "deal" but I only wanted one slice and it almost made me barf. Coffee tastes burnt and old.

Prices at the convenience store are higher than anywhere else nearby. I think the business model is to have super high prices and make high margins on low sales volume.

Incredibly friendly staff. Stopped in yesterday and was told they were going to start having fresh Indian snacks available. Came by today and they had the best samosas I've ever had. 10/10 will keep check on what else they are cooking.

I forgot my bike lock and home and asked nicely if I could park it in their shop and he told me they're closed and couldn't understand what I was saying. 5 minutes later I came back and they're was people inside. Never coming back here for overpriced rude service!

Their coolers are set at 50 degrees, so no cold drinks. While you're searching for a cold drink , they will walk along the counter and watch your every move... They are rude and think everyone is a thief. I will never visit again.

Traveling through Washington need to use the restroom and they were rude and refused to let me. Even after we put $100 in our gas tank. Never again!

Save yourself $0.30 - $0.50 cents per gallon and drive 30 seconds further to the Arco at Boulevard/Yelm Hwy roundabout. However, no diesel at Arco, but it IS available at this Shell.
