Went in to buy a few new pairs of shoes. When walking over to the men’s DC’s, there was a man in a checkered shirt with glasses that smelled HORRID. It was so bad we almost left. Until the man walked away and went to the back of the store where the shoes are stored. We continued to shop and found our purchases. While standing at the register, the man walked behind the counter and the smell hit us again. He smelled like he hadn’t showered in weeks. Give the guy a raise so he can buy some damn deodorant!! Walked out without purchasing due to the smell. Yes it was THAT BAD. Employees having good hygiene should be mandatory. Will not shop here again. Too bad

I will never shop at this place again. We had our 11 pound dog with us and Its a dog friendly mall. But we're asked to leave the store because dog are not allowed. That would have been okay if the guy was not rude and aggressive about it. He was completely rude to my wife. I'm kinda glad I didn't hear it. Because I will not tolerate people like that. There is no reason for that behavior its totally not necessary to treat customers like that. And we each had a pair of shoes picked out. But walked out with NOTHING and will never go back.

Returns here are a nightmare. They have some reasonably priced shoes but it tends to be random items.

This place has a lot of great shoe options at excellent prices. The employees seem very overworked and frustrated and on most days actually seem miserable. I love the bargains but hate having to interact with the employees who seem like you are bothering them when asking them for something. Overall, I find something every time I go in for shoes. Always great selection and sizes and places to sit and try the shoes on.

Rude employees.Also note that you can't just walk in and try shoes in. All their matching shoes are held elsewhere and only keep a single shoe in the boxes. I guess to keep stealing down, but it's a terrible method as it drives customers out. Not worth my time waiting on unfriendly employees.This place won't be here long with this type of business model.Good luck.

The customer service at this store is amazing. Robert and Damon were very considerate and polite. This store has a wonderful shoe collection and is well stocked. The prices are reasonable as well. I definitely will be back at this store. Thank you.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this shoe store!I am hard to fit (women's wide feet size 9/10) and they had quit a few that fit!I took 4 pair home!The prices were good and the pairs I chose were all on sale!I brought 1pr Bear Paw winter boots, 1 pr Sketcher walking shoes, and 2 pr summer sandals ~$120.00!The staff were great, we had a good time shopping!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this shoe store! I am hard to fit (women's wide feet size 9/10) and they had quit a few that fit! I took 4 pair home! The prices were good and the pairs I chose were all on sale! I brought 1pr Bear Paw winter boots, 1 pr Sketcher walking shoes, and 2 pr summer sandals ~$120.00! The staff were great, we had a good time shopping!

Was in there Wednesday and Friday this week. The staff preferred to talk at the counter rather then help us. Wednesday we just could not find someone to help us and Friday 3 employees stood talking at the counter and after 2 times trying to get one of them to help me I just left.
