This is the second time we had an issue with our RV Wally. Both times the lady in the office figured it out when dish tech were no help. They are what customer service is all about.

Sky Systems is a great company to do buisness with. The staff are all very knowledgeable and they all truly know what the words customer service mean. From the time I placed my Dish satellite order all the details were hit right on the money. Very professional people who listened to my needs to watch TV and they met those needs in every way. I don't have enough words to explain how happy I am that I met these people. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Built a new house and Sky Systems did a lot of my low voltage work for rough-in phase running COAX and CAT6. Brad is their guy in the field and he does a great job. Scott is the owner and did a lot of the coordinating, and communication and Allison did scheduling. All good people. Had some hurdles along the project and it appears they have followed through on their end. Thanks SS

This is the most ethical, fast, reliable, and probably the most knowledgeable about DISH Network anywhere company in Washington State. They are a local, family run company, and you become part of a family not just a customer when you use their service.....if I could give 10 stars I would.

We started to do business with Sky Systems back in 2000 and it has been a great experience. We met Scott at the Seattle home show in 2000 just before my wife and I bought our first house. Like other reviewers has mentioned your like part of the family and you just don't find those companies very often. Walked into Sky Systems office and was treated like family! Maybe BETTER than family! Got great advice on a Dish TV system. Installer was great and patient with us non-techhies. He also worked on a very rainy day to get us up and running in a very short time. We were encouraged to drop into their office anytime with questions, and when we did this, we have received both a warm welcome and very informative answers to our questions. Thanks, Sky Systems!

Sky systems is a fantastic business for those, like me, using Dish Network services. The staff are exceedingly friendly and totally knowledgeable. They are always ready to provide service advice and expert technical help. I am always impressed with the depth of knowledge they possess. And their willingness to share. They will also review your system and programming and offer advice on ways to optimize service to meet your needs. I've saved lots of money over the years thanks to their recommendations.
