Very helpful and friendly staff, Will was very patient and answered all of our many questions, and was great at following up with us. Process was very easy and we are excited to try out our new bed! This is the 2nd sleep number bed I’ve had and it’s always been a positive experience with this company.

I was really happy with my experience. Maryann was really knowledgeable on all things with mattresses. Ultimately I went with my first choice, p5 bundle. As I am getting older sleep is harder to come by and a great mattress matters more. Each night sleep is different. Being able to adjust the softness and firmness is exactly what this body needs.

After seeing the ads on TV many times we finally decided to replace our 20 year old mattress and WOW! Such personalized treatment no pressure sales and indeed my wife and I prefer a different sleep number! It felt so comfortable, can't wait to have our new mattress and frame delivered. Many custom pillows to test out and competitively priced as well.

Mary Ann was warm, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She was such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend having our friends meet with her if they are interested in getting a new bed. There was no pressure to purchase anything. We came in one day to check out the mattresses. We came in the next day to try out a couple of the narrowed down mattresses again. Even coming in the following day, we felt no pressure to come up with a decision. We did decide on mattress the second visit into the store and are so excited to try out our new mattress.

Our experience with Eric was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the sleep number products and he went to great lengths to take the time to help us to take advantage of all of the discounts offered. We didn't feel pressured he even took the time to set up the app for us on our phones.
