Just perfect start to finish. Got a flat tire and was stuck; tow arrived within 10 minutes of my call. The driver (Ed) was awesome, nice to talk with and great at his job. Waited patiently while I checked the car in for service. Price was what I expected - not cheap, but not awful.

Two ladies at the front have terrible attitudes, told me they couldn't scrap it then charged me an extra 350$ because I asked a question about the price then when I ask to talk to the owner they say he's not available these guys are nothing but thieves trying to take your car through Lacey and Olympia police.

I was unfortunately towed because of WSP yesterday and given the circumstances i could not have had a better experience. The whole staff was exceptional. The driver was so kind and understanding and they made it the best of a worse case scenario. Highly recommend them for all of your towing needs. Thanks for a 5 star experience.

If a 0 star was an option I would give that! How do you sleep at night knowing you charged someone a daily fee when they were out of town. wouldn't even discuss the situation. PLUS to top it off you treated a military person like shit. Stay far away from this awful company.

Absolutely horrible, nasty terrible people. My vehicle was stolen and impounded there. I was out of town when my vehicle was found and Summit decided to be the ones to "answer the call". Being a member of the Military I am unavailable from time to time. When I returned I was told i owed 3200$ to get my Vehicle out of the Lot. They have now sent me to collections. This company has now stolen my property. They also pay the local police to call them to tow first to make this money from Individual who have had there property stolen. It is very corrupt business.

Big shout out to Ryan P for saving the day. I had contacted Ford roadside assistance and after almost 4 hours of the driver not showing and not being able to contact we called Summit. My car died and would start but not drive. My family was stuck in Centralia and we live in Olympia. My boyfriend secured a ride for my son and I after 2 hours of waiting. When Ford couldn't establish contact we knew we needed to call summit and I am so thankful we did. Thanks for not only coming out quickly but being friendly and making sure all was taken good care of. Will definitely call again and suggest calling these guys. What great work ethic and communication.

Our tire was flat and we called roadside assistance. Ryan came faster than expected, was pleasant, friendly, and added air to our spare tire. Changed it in the rain without any complaints and with our gratitude! Thank you Ryan!

Keys got left inside the cab of one of the company vehicles and didn't have a spare set to unlock it. Jeremy took the call even though he was on his way home and quickly handled the situation. Couldn't thank him enough for the fast, friendly, and professional service!

Failed to communicate that they don't take card over the phone. They then sent me to get cash and failed to specify that they also didn't have change. The experience was a run around. They need to communicate with their customers. They also charged $670 for what was only 27 hours in their care.
