I'm not typically someone who leaves feedback, but for Ruth (onsite manager) I will. She is absolutely amazing! Proffessional, courteous, prompt and knows your name (which to me says a lot). The Storage facility is convenient to I5 and Little Rock Rd. Seems secure and never had issues with anyone or gaining access during posted times. My 5 * rating is based strickly on Ruth, but the facility is good with what I feel is competative pricing!

Perfect place to store I can go north or south on the I5 to California to race my bikes or north to the ridge or Canada.
They are super super safe the onsite staff has 28 guns on site ready to protect your gear. I was instantly ok with my race bikes staying there

Do not do business with these people. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The owner is a very unreasonable crook. I signed up for RV storage here and when I realized that I had to pay for 2 full months instead of the 1 month that I needed, they would not make any accommodations. I tried to cancel my reservation and he would not do that either. Now I have to pay for storage that I'm not even using.

Ruth is the best! Outstanding customer service. Friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The facility is gated and has cameras, is clean and easily accessible. Prices are affordable.

Working with Ruth was an excellent experience. She provided us great service during our onboarding process and even as we are getting ready to close out our contract during the camping season. We hope they have a spot for us again so we'll be able to store our trailer again during the winter season.

It's just RV storage right? Not so much- the difference is the manager - Ruth. Professional, prompt (who calls back on a Sunday evening-very appreciated), clear directions, Super friendly! Proof that any business can excel in customer service! The place, well laid out, roomy, easy to maneuver. Nice knowing someone is living on site.

Well, I am military and moved here from Florida. When I first got here I struggled to find a place to store my RV, not just that, but at a reasonable cost. Once I found this place, I called, and from start to finish, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Legitimately cared about what I wanted, while keeping me updated when a spot was going to open up. On top of that, rushed to help get a spot open. Amazing place.

Very secure place to store a 5th wheel, boat, bus, or whatever you need stored.The staff are very friendly, and by the book. They run a tight ship and it really puts my mind at ease knowing my stuff is here and being watched.
