I received no assistance from Manager Cole when trying to return a T-Mobile I had received in the mail to replace the original device. Apparently, my account was not updated with the serial number of the replacement device, which is clearly a T-Mobile piece of equipment. Instead of picking up the phone and fixing the issue, Cole sent me home to make the call myself, print a label, find a box, take the box to UPS, where I finally received some help. Just laziness. No thanks, Cole!

Every time I go into this store it is one headache after another. My husband and I joined about a year ago. We made me an authorized user on the off chance his sent him overseas for a client/contract. We were told that I was added. Every time I go into the store by myself I am met with the same condescending tone from some of the male employees and a \"you are not an authorized user\". Well, I return with my husband later and it seems the attitudes have changed a little bit when he comes in and the employees are pleasant and confirm that I am an authorized user. Additionally, whenever I go in there the female employee seems to be the ONLY one working and cares about the customer. Fast forward several months later to today where I am met with even more condescending tones and a lot of empty \"I'm sorry I cannot help you\". They do not even try to help me with giving me options to help call customer service (after my phone has been stolen hence why I am suffering this endeavor today). Never returning to this rinkydink fake front of a store again.

Weeks spent trying to get help from phone staff on technical problems. Every technician told me something different including the supervisor. They don't know whay they are doing. They wasted dozens of hours of my time and stressed me out. I was calling them every day. If I could give them a zero score I would. I switched to AT\u0026T and there have been no problems. Go with someone other than T-mobile.

Cory and Blair and previous employees have been exceptionally very helpful to us went to another T-Mobile in lacey and the guy was rude and tried to sell us to another carrier

T Mobile reception in my area west Olympia stinks, so I left them for boost and for several years I had great reception. Now boost is using T Mobile's net work and my reception sucks again! Now I need to find a different company again!

Waited entirely too long for customer service. There was only 2 other customers in the store. Just taking their sweet time here. I can't recommend this location.

Not much of a help on that particular day. They had nothing in stock that we needed and we had to have it ordered and sent to our home. Thinking about moving to another cell service.

My phone wasn't carrying a charge so we were looking for a new phone. We got the last s22 Ultra at the time. Love the phone and got a great deal.

Waited for over an hour for customer service. The employees allowed me to be cut in the Que multiple times before speaking with me. Multiple of the employees were on lunch break during what seemed to be the most busy time of their shift. I am disgusted in the quality of your customer service at this location. I expected a lot better from T-mobile!!!

Had issues with my data and paid this store a visit today. I apologize for not getting the gentleman's name, but he was not only thoroughly knowledgeable but personable, funny and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
