I would give this store less than one if I could. Went to switch to T-mobile for 4 lines and phones, the system crashed when trying to pay and we spent 4 hours there and left with nothing, because they couldn't get the issue fixed. Fast forward a week later on having them try and fix the issue and finally they called and said it was good to go, so we could finally switch, but they said we need to go to another store since this issue caused THEM to much STRESS. Worst management Ever.

I went to T-Mobile to claim a notebook from the app. normally you open the app press the redeem button get the notebook and leave, simple! Today the girl working decided that I need to show my ID. let's say checking ID might have been for promotions ect. The attitude and lack of communication were terrible. Not asking if I have time to listen to their promotions or anything like it. then she goes oh I need to get it in the safe, a notebook!!!!

We came into the store and were helped by Carvell. I’ll just start by saying we have been with t-mobile for over 10 years. WeCame in to add a line for our daughter and upgrade my and my husband’s phones. Carvel was very uninformed and did not know how to look up what we qualified for and instead of telling us he didn’t know the difference between the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 pro he made a bunch of stuff up… I let him know about promotions I had heard of, after about 40 minutes of confusion he called someone else to help us. The other person explained what we could do in under 3 minutes. Then Carvell took back over the sale and proceeded to have his personal cell phone on and chiming, but he could not find it so in the middle of the transaction he kept stopping and looking around the store for his personal cell. He gave us a bunch of incorrect information and I had to keep explaining what the other guys said to us both. Then when we were almost done with the transaction, he tried to upswell us on screen protectors and when I declined he then said that if I didn’t get them for $40 each from him t-mobile would not cover any scratches. I declined again and then he picked up the phones we were already trading in and said “you know what… maybe these are too scratched then and don’t qualify for trade in” and he tried to take my other newer phone as a trade in. I told him again that we were not trading that one in. He then said he would not use our phones for trade in any more. He had a very annoyed tone and it was clear he wanted to sell the add-ons. I told him that we were going to go somewhere else and that I had heard Verizon had good deals and we may try that. He then very loudly said “nice! Sounds good to me!” And picked up the phones we had chosen and walked away. T-mobile lost over $2,000 in sales plus our longtime contract. Bummer.

after several years of putting off upgrading my phone, I chose this location to go to and I’m really glad I did. The process was super smooth, and Oliver was really helpful!

The guys there were super helpful and nice. I switched over from Xfinity. T-mobile is better. Better coverage, perks, and better price!

Unable to help you if you have a lost ID, they should be able to provide customer service if you have a lost license. Extremely unhappy with the service I received.

Love this T-mobile! One of my regular locations to go to when I need assistance from relatable personnel who listen to my concerns and meet my cellular needs. Rachel, the manager, is always there and willing to talk to me about her products. Never have I been dissappointed with this locations service!

Best experience i have ever had setting up a phone. These guys are the absolutely best! Matt was professional but personable and just overall awesome. Same can be said for Oliver and every single employee at this location! Thank you so much for making my phone struggle anything but a struggle!

Rachel is the best manager! She explained everything we were doing without rushing. She got us such a good deal on a couple phones saving us money. She was interested I'm making the experience easy and answered all our questions.I had gone in before and did not like the service. The two guys behind the counter seemed to talked back and forth about plans to each other but didn't bother to explain anything to us. They lack intrapersonal skills. They rushed through everything they were doing with us. We tried to understand what they were doing, but got so frustrated with the way they kept talking as if we knew rates, plans and contracts already!I will be going back only if I get helped by Rachel!

What I liked and appreciated the most was the service I received in the Olympia store off cooper pt. I've been there a couple times and both times I was very impressed with both the service and the friendliness of this store the manager was kind,knowledgeable,and helpful. While greeting all his customers , answering questions his co worker had in helping their customers he never made me feel like he wasn't focus on my task at hand. Being apart of a family retail business most my life I know the importance of good management , customer service,and team players and I give Cole all the credit he deserves at the Blk Lk Cooper point Olympia store for being all it takes to be a success in the retail working environment t- mobile must be proud

I like this store because the manager is really cool, nice guy and super helpful and friendly. Also, this location is a little hidden so it's often not as busy as other T-Mobile stores.

Honestly, the staff are great here, the service great, but the inventory is a little sluggish, but it's not the store's fault, it's corporate decisions sending less inventory to each store.
