Have had NO contact despite multiple calls and have no idea if they filed my dad's taxes or not. They took his stuff months ago and now we can't get any information.

My husband and I did not have a good experience with this local company- communication was lacking we had to keep calling for follow ups- our taxes were rejected and they sent us to the Social Security office then the IRs to research why ourselves- when the reason was the social security they used was incorrect. Will be using a new company next year.

The worst service I have ever had in life. Rude beyond words. No communication had to reach out for updates ...... and they filed our taxes with the wrong social security number then told us we needed to do the research ourselves. There was no customer service involved for a company that has been around this town for years I expected kindness at least.

I went in today to file my taxs and receive help from pervious tax years and not only did they help fix the mess i was in, but were very nice and informative about the process and getting everything back in order. I couldnt be more thankful. Definitely recommend.

So glad i went i had them do my taxes. I have a small business. I spent 10 hours putting my taxes together myself..and did not have it right. It is totally worth it to have someone who is a professional tax preparer do your taxes. Especially with all the new changes.
