I had a routine service performed and they were efficient, friendly, and professional all the way around. The price was fair, and they explained everything clearly. They did a courtesy inspection to see if there were any potential issues and there were none. I'll come back here for sure.

My partner and I have been seeing a lot of Jerry’s auto in the past few months, and consistently they’ve been professional, competent, and friendly. They really go above and beyond for you and especially Jeremy is awesome. My partners car crapped out (known issue with the make/model) and mine’s needed some work, and Jeremy has taken great care of us for a great price.

I got a flat tire after an appointment and couldn’t remove it myself because of lug nut issues, so I had to get towed. Thankfully, my roadside assistance connected me with Jerry’s Towing. They sent out a tow truck quickly, and the driver was super friendly! I was even able to ride in my car on top of the tow truck with my dog to keep him calm.

My husband and I had the displeasure of using this tow service today to get our Kia to a licensed dealership for service. We were recommended this towing company from our insurance provider, with whom we have roadside assistance & towing. But they refused to tow our vehicle (we need an authorized dealer to handle the issue with our car and we had previously gotten the car towed the previous week after it died on the freeway). They assured us that this business was trustworthy, and due to its close proximity to where our car was stuck (less than 4 miles away), we agreed and started the process to get a tow.
To start with, the person who took our request on the phone didn't even take note of a name or number to contact us when they were approaching, which we found really odd. Every other tow company we've worked with in the past has at least taken this basic information and not just a location. That aside, we waited for this tow for the whole length of the quoted time (we were advised they would be there in 1 hour), with nobody showing up. And because the person didn't take a name or number, we didn't hear anything from them. We tried calling numerous times and didn't get through to anybody. Finally, two hours after initially calling to request a tow, we got through to somebody on the phone who gave a story explaining the delay and said they were "almost there".
Over forty-five minutes after that (two hours and forty five minutes after we called for a tow and were told it would be an hour), the tow arrived. For the vehicle being towed such a short distance, we were charged an insane amount, plus a surcharge on top of said tow charge. We've previously used another tow service (all the way down in Chehalis, I might add) without a surcharge being applied, and at a rate far cheaper than what we were charged here. Needless to say, we definitely won't be using this tow service again.

Car broke down and i needed a tow. Charlie got here super fast!! And he was so nice! I would definitely recommend Jerry's towing!

I called Geico at 10am needing my car picked up at Ford. They told me they were about 75minutes out. I call Ford to let them know when to expect Jerry's. I also called Kresky Auto where the car was to be going. Kresky said they would call when it had arrived. About 143pm I had a call come in from an unrecognized area code. GOT home at 230pm, 3hoyrs LATER, and it was Jerry's asking if I still needed to tow. Told Charles I still needed the tow and had expected my car to be picked up and delivered about 1115-1130ish. I called Geico and they also realized my car had not been picked up and Jerry's hadn't called them either. Fast forward to 5pm...AND.. 5.5hours LATER...my car is just arriving to its destination!
I find it hard to believe that no one could have notified me or Geico by 1130am that they were unable to tow my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! If you need a tow and someone that shows up request Grant's Towing!!!

Driver said he would be here in 90 minutes, I sent an employee out to go grab sodas around the driver showed up 15 minutes early. I asked him to wait a few minutes for the employee to return and the driver said no and drove off… past the employee with the keys. He was early and didn’t even wait until the scheduled time. Disappointing service from a generally reputable company

Jose was amazing! He took an incredibly stressful situation and added humor to it. I honestly never expected to feel completely
reassured and laughing on the side of i5. He was compassionate and made sure we were safe and comfortable as he loaded our car. Also, after following him for over a 100 miles, he's a very courteous driver. Thank you Jose, we appreciate you!!
