Great job as always! I love The Statement. I've been going for years. Super friendly (but not obnoxiously so), beautiful cuts, amazing color/ highlights. I get tons of compliments on my hair every time. I highly recommend The Statement!

Made appt with a woman by phone. When I got there she says this man will do the haircut. Bottom line, my haircut was a disaster-- the top cut was crooked and my wife told me when I got home that the back was also terrible. When I complained that the cut was not what I asked for the woman came screaming towards me, saying " we have no time for this!!!" then she told me to leave. Worst haircut in years.have ine!!one!!! I told him the cut was not what I told him to do. Then the woman cones screaming towards me saying " I have no time for this and told me to leave. When I got home the cut on the top was like 3 different heights. I wonder if this gut really was a barber.Service: Haircut

My parents have been going to this salon for 13 years. My mom made an appointment for this week. A week before the appointment she called Teresa to ask about a coloring agent she had heard about. I was in the next room and heard the conversation where Teresa got very offended for being asked a question and made it clear she was offended. Teresa's husband then called and stated that he was the "president of the company" and that my parents were never to come back. I am still boggled as to where all this anger came from....a question my mom clearly did not know the answer to. I emailed Teresa and expressed my confusion as to why someone can't ask a question and how they can treat an elderly person the way my mom was treated (particularly during this already stressful time...COVID). I have yet to receive a response to my email. My mom got a recommendation from a friend for a stylist. She went today and looks fantastic. The dye is so nicely blended. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

So I can't speak to their hair cutting abilities, but because I wasn't able to go at all. I called to try to set up an appointment and was told that they are semi-retired and not taking new clients at all. So if you're thinking of checking this place out, too late I guess! I'm just posting this review so that others won't waste their time trying!

Mike and Teresa are 100 percent welcoming, friendly and experts in hair. No place around provides the affordable services in such a pleasant venue. Mike's awesome with a straight razor applied after steaming towels and warming face and beard. The whole experience leaves me with a positive outlook upon each visit. Try The Statement!
