Painless buying experience! Mario was my sales associate, he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Additionally, all the other employees I interacted with were super nice and helpful. I love my new truck and I’m glad I chose this dealership.

(Transmission issues)Dan was very knowledgeable, informative, & updated us daily. He answered every question so I was able to understand. He was knowledgeable about warranty information. I received my truck back the same week. All issues resolved with my transmission. He deserves a raise.

I have been looking for an SUV for about 3 months with no luck even before the strike. I randomly asked for info on a vehicle on a Sunday morning and had a text back from Tiffany Hawkins at Titus will in Olympia. The fact she responded to all my texts and questions in an honest and patient way got me out to the lot. Tiffany is motivated and friendly (she literally ran out to meet my wife and I when we said we were on the lot:). Tiffany was upfront about the price, the process and willing to work with me on my concerns. I ended up buying a vehicle with none of the headaches from before. +++++ Very friendly finance team (Troy) also made my family feel welcome. I’ll happily send anyone I know Tiffany’s way and may be heading there again when it’s my wife’s turn for a new car.

So far I honestly have had such a negative experience with these guys from the car second I signed my paperwork. From unfulfilled promise of $200 dollar gifts with are purchasing the car. To now I took my car in for service weeks ago and first off they have moved so they forced me to paid to tow it to there new location. Along with during this time reached out to them in order to stay in contact and get answers on my car. Felt like I was avoid by my service rep. To have them call me today to claim they fixed my car but when they try to move the car it won't go anywhere. And that its not covered like the other parts. When I explained my disagreement with her and how I felt my treatment was shady. She just seemed to get really offended and began to refuse to help me. Even at one point turning to trying to make me out to be the one not doing something right. I feel it's disgusting ? and disappointing I was hoping for better

We bought a Lyriq from them and the process could not have been easier. I was given all details over the phone and the numbers were far better than any other dealership.I got there, they took at look at the trade-in, showed me the new car, I signed a few papers, and I was on my way. I've never had an easier time buying a car. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.I do not leave near here so I won't be back for service, but if I'm in the market again for a GM vehicle, I'll be back.

I recently had an experience where, completely unexpectedly, my beloved 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn edition needed a full engine replacement. It didn’t make sense for me to spend the money necessary to replace the engine, so that put me in the market for a new… or at least “new to me” Truck.I had a few important criteria:- I needed a Truck with a Lifetime Drive Train warranty ✔️ (Not doing this again!)- Had to be a gently used vehicle ✔️ (I don’t buy new)- Needed to have the right gear ratio, engine size and towing capacity to handle my 32’ Travel Trailer ✔️I was introduced to Titus-Will dealerships by a mutual friend and ended up being connected with Jobe at their Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC dealership in Olympia. Jobe was FANTASTIC! Friendly guy, listened to my needs and why I had them and went to work scouring their network of almost 300 used trucks to find the ones that would fit my criteria. He was incredibly knowledgeable on trucks in general, brands, features, maintenance histories, performance factors, etc. After doing his research, he had a couple of trucks on other Titus-Will lots brought to his dealership so I could see them all side by side and make my decision. He patiently walked me through each vehicle, talked about their strengths and weaknesses based upon my criteria. He informed me, answered questions, shared his thoughts and advice when asked, but never once tried to push me in one direction or another and was never the pushy salesman.I ended up, after a couple of visits and a few conversations over the course of about a week selecting a 2022 GMC 1500 Denali edition which met all of my criteria and that I am enjoying very much. No haggling over price, pretty straight forward and to the point on both sides. Great experience… so much so I am referring my daughter to them to purchase her very first vehicle!

Unfortunately my 2011 Saab 9-5 decided to quit on me one Monday morning, and so my parents and I landed ourselves at this dealership. I absolutely can’t thank the salesman, Tyler F., enough for the support shown. It was absolutely down pouring when we were trying to pick a car out and Tyler was right there with us trying to help us pick out the best deal at the best possible rates. We found a car but my mom noticed that a little rubber piece was missing during the test drive, and Tyler ordered a new piece off of Amazon (no charge to me)! If you find yourself at this dealership, honestly- ask for Tyler! He’ll hook you up with a good deal :D

To whom it may concern:I just wanted to communicate my concerns over recent transactions I have had at Titus-Will Chevrolet in Olympia.I will give a brief timeline to put it in perspective and then address my specific concerns. Hopefully this can help prevent these kinds of things from happening to your future customers.8/4 (on or about)-- I called and made an appointment to have my car checked. I already had a diagnosis done at Meinecke as per my auto warranty (Silver Rock). Appointment set for 8/23.8/15- I called and asked Meisha Miller if Titus-Will could look at my transmission as well. I was told yes, no problem.I also asked if I would be able to use a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I was told, "We don't do loaner cars."8/23- Dropped off my car. Quoted about a week for service. 8/31- I was asked to pay $289 instead of the quoted $100 deductible. I was told this was because there was an extra charge for checking the transmission. I was not told ahead of time about any additional charge. After a lengthy wait, I was only charged the $100 plus some tax. While I waited I heard other customers being offered loaner cars. When I asked about the loaner cars I was told that they were only for new car customers and that they only have 2. Picked up my car, it made unusual sound on start up.9/1- The check engine light came on and also a warning light "check gas cap" came on. I checked the gas cap which was not loose , but the same warning persisted.9/3- O'Reilly auto parts ran diagnostic for error codes. Upon visual inspection of the car he found a hose that was unplugged and hanging loosely. He plugged it back in.9/4- Check engine light is back on, same warnings. Strange noise on start up still persists.9/7- I took my car to Firestone because I distrusted Titus-Will. Firestone found a second hose that was unplugged under the engine covered; they reattached it. (I have an invoice from them which confirms what I am saying)No further noise or problems. No thanks to Titus-Will.I sincerely hope that this is not the kind of experience that is normal or acceptable at any Chevy dealership. It was shocking and disappointing. The Titus-Will representatives I talked to were condescending and unhelpful. What's worse is that I am sure they were intentionally overcharging me and lying about a courtesy loaner car. I can't believe that even the mechanics at Titus-Will were willing to sabotage my car by leaving hoses unattached. Are you willing to sacrifice safety to make a dishonest buck? Sometimes, things like this happen because the management condones it. Sometimes management is not aware of bad business practices. I am not sure what is the case here, but I will never take my car back to Titus-Will. After dealing with Titus-Will for over a month and paying out my own money for rental cars and Uber transportation, I am very unhappy. I definitely will be submitting this same information in my customer service survey and also posting all of this on Yelp. I hope to save someone else the terrible experience I have endured.

At Titus-Will Olympia, I had a fun experience working with Tiffany. Tiffany is very friendly, and very well informed about their products and about competitors’ products. I felt openness, honesty, and care. I do more car buying than a reasonable person should, so I’ve really seen the difference between my great experience here today, and my varied experiences elsewhere. In addition to Tiffany, the whole team gave good friendly support. It’s not the easiest car market out there between low supply, high market prices, and high interest rates, so do yourself a favor and go tell Tiffany what you want and how you can make a deal. Tiffany can make it happen.

Bought our family’s second car here from Devon and couldn’t have had a better experience. It was a car he wasn’t familiar with but he took the time to research and knew a ton by the time we went to test drive the car. We had a price we needed to get to and he did as much as he could to get us there. He was also extremely kind to my young children (as was everyone in the dealership). He put on Bluey to help them as we went through the signing. I would highly recommend them. As a woman, I felt comfortable and very safe through the process. Also after a few less than stellar experiences at other dealerships as we tried to buy a car over the last few weeks, I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you for a great experience!

My service rep was great. Super polite, kind and professional. He had another customer in someone else’s line talking to him about his vehicle while he was trying to check me out and he was very courteous and professional to us both. I had to come back the next day to finish service and he was very accommodating and understanding.

My wife bought a Tuscon a few weeks ago from this dealer. They offered about $2500 for our 2014 Hyundai Accent GLS. I knew they were low balling it when they said it was only worth $3500. I told her to wait and we would sell it on our own, but it was her decision. Now they have it listed on tituswillcars.com/all-in… for $10,999. That type of dishonesty should be illegal if it is not already.

I got a car today from these guys, what seemed impossible to do I had an amazing car dealer to help me, Cole Rosy was dedicated and so patient with what I wanted and helped me look all over. Even with a small price range, we found one and it’s so amazing and a great deal! I really appreciate him being so patient, fun and dedicated to helping me as much as he could. Definitely would recommend him in helping you find your perfect car fit!

If I could give negative stars I would. First experience with the service department. I ordered a part for my car and they never called me to pick it up. I finally called them and come to find out they never ordered it. I went elsewhere and got the same part for about $100 cheaper. Experience two buying a car here. So you know the bad rep of car salesmen? Well this place takes the cake. From the manage, to the car salesman, to the finance person, they're all the absolute biggest liars and con artists you will ever meet. I've purchased cars from numerous dealers over the years and have never ever had an experience like this. I don't want to be too specific, otherwise they would know who is writing this review (although I'm sure they truly don't care), but they lied to us from the time we looked at the car until closing of the purchase. Every single employee I listed, I would count about 7-10 lies in Total, and they lie knowing you'll find out the truth and they still do it. I honestly don't know how people like this sleep at night. One specific lie I will reveal is with finance, he stated the warranty was free and acted like he "hooked us up so well", after reviewing the paperwork it was in fact $3500. Another issue was we brought our own loan from our bank, stated we did not want them to run our credit because we had a loan approved already. They went ahead and ran our credit numerous times without our consent ( we will be claiming fraud on this because it is 100% fraudulent). This place is extremely shady and deceptive. Review all paperwork with a fine tooth comb and anything they tell you, know it will be the opposite of what they say.
