My husband and I came in over the weekend to test drive my DREAM car (Hyundai Palisade) and we are so happy we did. I think naturally walking into a dealership its easy to feel like you have to be on guard, or be on your game so you don't get walked all over, (sorry, its the truth) but as soon as we met Tyler those feelings naturally went away. We felt totally comfortable with him, and immediately felt like he was really there for us and to help us find the perfect car, not just there to only make a sale. We may have went in with the exact idea of what we wanted, but just the way I am, naturally I had to knock other things off my list. We looked at multiple cars, different colors, different years, different trim levels. Not once did I feel pressured into getting the newest, best, most expensive car. It was obvious his main goal was to just make sure we walked away happy that day, whether we bought a car or not. Tyler was fun, patient, and super personal. So much so my husband offered to take him out on the boat this summer to go catch some fish! We not only left with the absolute perfect car, but made sure to stock up on lots of business cards so we can spread the word about Tyler. It was our first time at Titus Will Hyundai and we will definitely be sure to spread the word about our great experience. Thank you Tyler!! Tell your management you deserve a raise lol.

I got the opportunity to work with Faith and she was so wonderful and patient showing me cars and letting me test drive and truly find what I’m looking for. She was immensely helpful, answered so many questions and really laid out the financial information clearly and to the point. Her and her team helped me achieve a price point that worked for me and did an awesome Trade-In offer on my car. Tyler Gibbs sold us a used vehicle for our 16 year old daughter and he was amazing! He worked with us and made us feel really comfortable with the process. He wasn’t pushy at all and treated us like someone who genuinely cared about our experience. Everyone at this dealership that had a hand in our purchase from the manager to the finance rep was absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, and honest. I have never had an experience like this with a car dealership. We drove from Seattle to get this and I would make that drive again in a heartbeat if the opportunity came up. 10/10 experience.
