I had a great experience buying my daughter a car at Titus Will Hyundai yesterday. Benjamin Hoover listened to what my daughter was looking for and did a great job of lining up cars for her to test drive. Ended up buying a 2022 Camry and she absolutely loves it. Ben was attentive, friendly, honest and not pushy. My daughter felt the same about Ben. Ben worked around our schedule to make the buying experience very positive. The next time I need to buy a car, I am going to Ben!

Where to begin… well my husband and I have decided to start our own basketball team and it was time for me to trade in my beautiful 2021 Lexus IS 350F sport so all our spawns could fit in one vehicle. So there we were on a Saturday talking about, “let’s just go to Hyundai and see what they got!!” I told my husband I just want to see I am not in a hurry to part ways with my baby (the Lexus). So we get to Hyundai and there is Tyler standing by the window, we park and he instantly comes out and greets us and begins to ask 21 questions on how he could help us. We tell him all we want and what it’s going to take to make it happen. Bam he takes off on his long adventure to the managers table, he comes back with an offer. Even though it wasn’t exactly what we wanted we could see that he was ready to negotiate for us and figure out a way to make us happy and his managers. Bam he heads back for another duel and shortly after comes back with two deals, one with cash down and one without and both had more trade in value for our car, which is what we originally wanted. After a couple hours we finally agreed on a deal and Tyler killed it! Besides the fact that our 1 year old made a huge mess in his area he was so joyful and honest and just overall a great person to deal with during a little stressful time! Even after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything is good to go! If you decide to go to this store for a car, ask for Tyler! You won’t regret it!

There is a recall on my Hyundai Santa Fae sport. The paint is peeling really bad on my hood. I have been calling and no one gets back to me. I got an appraisal on Aug 14. That took a long time to make arrangements. Very frustrated that I have been calling often and no one calls me back. I talk to someone and they say they'll get back to me and dont. I leave messages and not get back. Very sad customer!

The service department is slow so slow. It took over 6 hours to complete a30,000 mile maintenance..After posting Jennifer responded with a discount and explanation.dawn from Titus Will called with an apology and a explained some changes in the way delays could be improved. Appreciate that very much.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2020 Ford F-150 last weekend. Wes was so kind, friendly, professional and awesome to our 11 year old we had to drag with us (poor kid haha). The purchasing process went as quickly and smoothly as expected and we were out of there by dinner. Thanks again, Wes - we appreciate you!

Tyler Gibbs was by far the best car salesman I have ever bought from. He was super transparent and worked with me to get me the best deal and trade in value. He made sure I was happy with the deal and put no pressure on me to make a decision. The dealership was super clean and the management was phenomenal. 1000% recommend to anyone getting a car.

The Hyundai-guy (Olympia) at the check-in desk refered me to the Titus Will Lube Center because he did not have an opening today for an oil change. Jasmine, here at the center was able to fit me into her schedule. I am so thankful. Hyundai, Korum did not have an appointment until the 14th of this month.??

This is about the service department only:Customer service from the service department is horrible. Tried to speak to two people, including the manager, who were so defensive, that they didn’t even hear the complaints! When the motor for the rear passenger window went out in our 2022 Tuscon, they were able to check it and order the part in January 2023, with the caveat that there were delays in shipping, but they would let us know when it arrived. Zero contact since. Took the car in for an oil change and brought up if the part was in, and it was. Yes, they were able to install it that day, however 9 months after the order went in. They also had the window down while waiting in the lot, which was concerning for safety. We will go to another Hyundai dealership for any service/repairs.Communication is definitely not their strong suit and should stick to talking to the vehicles.

Worst customer service ever! Lied about free oil changes for life. And, with an appointment they couldnt even replace a wiper blade. Took TWO hours waiting before they told me they didnt order the part even though they knew a month prior i was coming to have the blade replaced. I notified customer service, and in line with its service department customer service, I wasted my time seeking a remedy. Go somewhere else!! I certainly will.

I want to start off by saying that I purchased my brand new car here in August 2022 and had a great experience. I purchased a service package and extended warranty.Today was the second time that I brought my vehicle for maintenance service since the vehicle purchase. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early (after leaving work an hour before the appointment and picking up my 8 and 5 year old from their daycare). I tried to check in and was told to wait for another representative. A few people arrived after me... once the "other representative" was available, I started to walk up to her (I later found out her name was Chrissy) and she decided to take someone who had obviously arrived after me. When I said that it was my turn, she ignored me and the other customer was the one who apologized.I asked to speak to the manager (apparently his name is Terry) and he apologized but I am more so frustrated at the lack of respect Chrissy had for my time and lack of acknowledgement. She had been on the phone for approximately 6 minutes since I arrived and as an employee in customer service, I would think she is aware of her surroundings and knew I arrived before everyone else in line that were clearly behind me.I am a single mother and having to request time to even bring my car here for service is not an easy task that I take lightly. I have to 1) take time off and 2) make sure that I can pick up my children from their after-school program. The last time I brought my car here, I was told that it would take 1 hour and it took 2.5 hours. I have clearly been treated like a second class citizen here and the treatment I received today is unacceptable.I want the general manager to reach out to me in order to explain why I was treated this way and provide a plan of action. Chrissy was simply acting unbothered while I spoke to Terry.

I scheduled an appointment a month before my appointment date. I arrived at the appointment and my car was taken for repair of a WIPER ARM. Not rocket science. I sat there for TWO HOURS waiting on my car. In the meantime, they tried to upsell me services that I didn't ask for. Finally, I asked about my car only to find out THEY DIDNT HAVE THE WIPER ARM IN STOCK. So I wasted two hours of my time.At that appointment I also learned my lifetime oil changes are void if you change your oil at another location. Well, since we live an hour away it doesn't make sense to travel an hour for an oil change. So, the lifetime oil change benefit is a total scam.I got my car back and the filter had been removed AND my battery cover was removed and not replaced.Finally, I wasted my time sending customer service an email allowing them an opportunity to respond to their horrible customer service and didn't even get a response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUPPORT SOMEHWERE ELSE. Last Hyundai I buy or have serviced at Titus Will.

When I needed Titus-Will Hyundai, they were there ready to help. The process of buying a car went incredibly smoothly. After the purchase the great management and staff addressed a concern I had and remedied it immediately. I highly recommend buying from them. You won’t regret it.

This is great customer service here. I called today and explained the issues I was experiencing the lady that answered the phone went out of here way to help me verify my original diagnosis of my key not registering. I have always had old school cars this one was my first newer car and I had no idea that the battery in the key entry box would go dead. I had already had the alternator and the battery tested so that was kind of my last resort and I do want to thank you guys for taking that time to help me.
