Bought a 10.99 pair of long Johns from Shelton, entered my phone number to have them email me a receipt. Receipt never was emailed. Tried to return the product to Lacey, as it was the incorrect product and I live in Lacey and shop there weekly spending a few hundred dollars there a month on feed for my ducks and dog. They refused to return a 10.99 item because I didn’t have the receipt present. Again their system failed to email me the receipt. I know when you Google Tractor Supply, one of the most frequently used sayings is…per your own website, “whatever it takes.” When I was a receiver for TSC I never would’ve risked losing a repetitive customer who Loyally ONLY shopped at TSC over not even an $11.00 product. The debit card my purchase was to be returned to was linked to my Apple Pay so I did not recognize the card number even though the transaction had my first and last name on it when they pulled it up. The newer assistant manager, refused to return my item in cash (again a less than $11.00 item) but was willing to put my money back on a card I did not recognize the last 4 numbers on. (I am new to using Apple Pay and didn’t know the card number differed from my debit card) again the transaction had my FULL NAME ON IT. I have since told every single person I know, to not shop at your stores. We all own livestock. And now will solely shop at your competitor. I will continue telling people how unwilling you were to accommodate my less then 11.00 item return with my name on the transaction. This is incredibly insane as I have watched many people walk out of your stores with thousands of dollars stealing merchandise. I myself stopped thieves from stealing in Shelton when I worked there as your receiving manager, I called the police and they then apprehended the theif which resulted items being returned. Yet you wouldn’t return a 10.99 item in cash to me. Poor customer service.

Today I'm not happy you need to change your hours on line I drove 40min to get her before 9pm and the store was closed. I now have no time to get to any other feed store to get pig food and I'm completely out. There were 2 other locations closer to my house but I always enjoy the lacey store so I made the trip very disappointed

They close at 8:00 now not 9:00 like the website says is my only complaint that I drove and they weren't open when they said it was open.

Everytime I come in the store a 6' 5" giant of a man gives me I want you eyes and makes me feel special. His main of gold and grease contrasted with the LED lights of tractor supply light fill my days with warm light and make me blush in my covers at night. Oh James, my James, you are my beloved treasure. This 5 star is for you and you alone my knight in scarlet vest and faded white undershirt. Never change.

Best customer service in a long time. Larry at the Lacey store went out of his way to provide great service! He's definitely a hard worker! Friendly, professional and went out of his way to insure we were able to purchase a chicken coop and get it set up and get it home. Without Larry's help we wouldn't have gotten it.. Thank you so much Larry! With such great staff and customer service we definitely will be back. Had a better experience at the Lacey store than the one closest to us in yelm. Great staff definitely makes a difference!

This is disappointing. There is a small animal wood pellet litter sold under the Tractor Supply ("TS") brand. It works and for a very reasonable price. But for some reason "TS" can not keep it supplied regularly. They will carry it for a few months, the nothing for 3 or so weeks. The last time it came back, it was a new wood supply and did not work as well. Then back to the yellow pine. I've taken to buying ahead to cover these interruptions. However, this time I may need to find a new source.

The customer service here was fun and very informative. Had at least 3 employees ask if they could assist us right when we walked in the store. They all genuinely looked and acted to love their jobs. Definitely will be back.

While this store has decent prices, and the customer service is always top notch, I can no longer, in good conscience recommend anyone shops here. Its dangerous. The city of Olympia has allowed violent vagrants to take over. Parking lot is dirty and typically has derelict vehicles and RVs in the back of the parking lot and there is a large encampment to the side of the building complex. Customers and workers alike are getting harassed, assualted, robbed. If you do shop here, keep your phone handy, and stay aware. They do offer buy online and pickup/curb side service which may be the safest option. Once the area is cleaned up and safe again I will happily edit my review and give 5 stars.
