The current manager seems to be policing people more than taking care of people. The previous manager Nick never harassed me as much as this guy does. It really is well priced but if you want someone getting in your business all the time go right ahead 🤣😅

This place is so clean, nice, and secure. Nick was extremely helpful and professional while helping get me set up, and it was really easy. Prices are competitive, and the online payment portal has auto payments which makes things really easy. I think the access hours are very fair and I never feel sketchy about going there later at night. Very happy to give them my business.

We hadn’t ever rented a storage unit, but called up Trosper Self Storage and immediately knew we would be happy spending our money with them. Right away they were friendly, honest, and super helpful.We set up an appointment to meet them and check out the units, which was so easy! Safe, secure, clean, and well lit units, accessible during typical hours each day and no contract required! Prompt signed up!We used the storage unit for a year or so, then decided it wasn’t necessary any longer. The move out was seamless, although it was just myself and my teenage son learning to drive (made it interesting, but we did it)! Nick helped me navigate to get out without hitting anything - because he is awesome!In fact, I have to say each and every interaction was with Nick, who is an absolute gem! Always going above and beyond to help out.When we are ready to get another unit, we will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

I had a unit for for the first 6 months of my stay here in Washington and their staff was a delight to work with. Everything was super easy to set up and the unit was clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

To start on a positive the staff there is very friendly. The down sides however, they have only a few people managing multiple locations which means their is often no one there during the day and it can be very difficult to get ahold of anyone in person or on the phone. They have minimal security and this location is in a sketchy area and honestly I should have known better. I only had a unit for a few months here before it was broken into and all my items stolen. The only person who was remotely helpful afterwards no longer works there. I would recommend not using this place to store your items or at the very least make sure you have good insurance and do not use there insurance. Also recommend keeping a inventory of your items and documenting with pictures incase its broken into.
