Excellent experience during hitch installation. Danielle and JJ are very professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I also noticed that the entire staffs are very caring and accommodating to other customers. This location provides excellent customer service. Billie at this location completely saved the day for my move today. She went above and beyond what would be expected and absolutely made our experience great. This review is for James, one of the technicians at the Olympia UHaul, as an example of excellent customer service. James dropped everything to attach my bike rack to the hitch he had installed months before, after he found out I couldn’t manage it. He refused payment for his extra time, and even offered to help out again if I needed. A small gesture, but a good example of what draws customers to a business.

I just had a tow hitch installed in my new car and the service was 10/10! First off, customer service with Madi was amazing and she was informative and very helpful. Then second, James installed the hitch flawlessly but also took the time to show me that my spare tire was damaged and that a bolt broke off underneath my car. He spent extra time fixing it and ensuring everything was good to go. I really appreciate his attention to detail and going above and beyond!

Had a great experience. They installed a hitch on our minivan, quick appointment, even quicker install. They got us in in just a few days, and the service was completed in only a few hours. Looks excellent too, and lifetime warranty.
Best part: we arrived super early in the morning, but they had the managers text number on the door. Sure enough, I texted asking if it was okay to leave it in a certain parking spot and use the key drop. She said no problem, and we left knowing our vehicle would be taken care of.
Great experience, great price, well done!

I stopped into this location to have my car inspected because the lights on the trailer I rented weren't lighting up when I used my breaks or turn signals. James took a look and noticed a fuse was blown and changed it for me right away. While James was doing that, another associate named Billie noticed something was wrong with my tow hitch, and that it needed to be repaired before I traveled any further. James offered to put my car up on the rack and discovered some missing bolts. After a few minutes my tow hitch was repaired and I was ready to go. I'm not sure what would have happened without Billie's intervention to make sure my tow hitch was repaired before I left, but I can imagine something awful could have happened on my 1,000+ mile journey down the coast. I can't express how much I appreciate Billie and James, and how well they took care of me. Their concern for my safety means everything to me and my family. Thank you.

We have rented many trailers and trucks for home projects, and recently had hitch installed here. Fantastic service, great inventory of supplies. James who does the hitch installs is very good.
