It took over 30 minutes to simply get the key for a reservation I had made well in advance. The clerk kept complaining about how much she hated working on Saturday mornings and seemed to be having an off day. It was a very disorganized experience and the U-Haul smelled like urine. Additionally, the “office” itself is full of clutter and is made of rotting plywood. I would not recommend this location for further moves.

TRUST THE LOW REVIEWS, THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS AND L&I NEEDS TO BE CALLED!!RUN AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM SCAMMERS!!Choose a Different Uhaul Location with HONEST EMPLOYEES. Should've trusted the Low Ratings.So. First time ever using a rental place. Decided to use a Uhaul Pick-Up Truck for what we needed the rental for. Only used the truck for a total of 3 Miles. Been driving for a minimum of 5 years and have never been in an accident. Dropped off the truck after the Uhaul Location was closed. Thought we'd be getting a good deal for the move we needed since we do not know of anyone with a truck that is available at the times that we are, thinking we were only paying at most $35, when all we needed to use the truck for was to move a mattress we had bought at a local store. When I called to ask why my card was being charged extra for damages, I was yelled at, talked over and any question I was able to ask without being interrupted I could not get a yes or no answer. Now we're being wrongfully charged $150 in Damage Fees, 4 Days Later.

Not sure where the after hours key drop box is. It looks like it might have been attached to a pole outside the fence once, but all that’s left is several screw holes in the post. Searched for far to long and eventually threw the key over the barb wire fence that the rest of the vehicles were in and called it a night. They do appear to have a large selection of trucks for pickup though. Just don’t try to rerun after closing time even though it’s advertised.

They're a scam company, they'll send random ghost charges to your card after you rent! The police should investigate the bar owner for scummy practice!
