Went there to see what was up with my older xbox because it would turn on and the power down. They took it back to run some tests and while back there other customers and I herd a loud crash and the guy helping me came back out a little later and said it wasn't my xbox but some other stuff that fell over in the back. He told me it was my power supply and quoted me $150 so I decided to not do it. I did a little research and found it could get the part for $40 !and it was a pretty straight forward swap. When I take my cover off I find the inside part where the screws hold all snapped and broken. I have only babied this xbox because it was a halo edition and never dropped!!! I can't prove they did it but they have lost a customers for life and I'll let everyone know what they did that will listen. Shame on this company.

The team was great got my phone fixed amazingly! They Called me ahead of time which worked out perfectly for me since I wasn’t able to go in myself! I was able to explain my problem and get the best recommendation they had for it. 10/10 I will be coming back and recommending this place. They worked fast and effectively thank you to the crew that worked tonight!

Great service work was preformed flawlessly and quickly.Samsung had a glitch and delayed repair a few days but this was not caused by the techs as soon as they got that taken care of they called and got me taken care of highly recommend these guys on the westside of Olympia.

uBreakiFix aka ASURION provided great service to repair my phone. They are the only SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER on the west side (there is also an independent place). Clear about the immediate costs, process and timeline, and post-repair warranty services. They offer an Asurion plan to protect multiple devices and computers that was well priced and a few select phone cases and accessories, but didn't try to aggressively upsell me. Super friendly, timely, and great quality work.

They replaced the Battery in my husband's iPhone 11, and all is well! They were efficient and helpful, and we didn't even have an appointment, ( it was 2 hours but we went out to eat and got some other chores done). Make sure you have your Apple password if your phone is dead and you can't retrieve it. They will need it to reactivate it. Also he showed me how to check your batteries health, which was very helpful, and I see that mine needs replacing soon. Apple will not let them replace it till it is at 80% or lower. So keep an eye on that. I highly recommend them!

My husband took two iPads in to get charging ports fixed, on tow different days. Had to send it to their Tacoma shop. Said everyone was polite professional, they were timely kept us updated and on schedule. Everything seems to work fine

I was just about ready to throw my Verizon phone away and fire Verizon because my Wi-Fi would not stay hooked up. Ethan at uBreakiFix was able to determine that it was a conflict with Verizon VPN. He disabled that which I never use and the phone my watch everything works like it’s supposed to appreciate it. Thanks, Ethan
