The staff here are extremely professional and helpful. More than once I've come in underprepared and they've gone out of their way to patiently help me get my packages sent.

Easy peasey, looking at the reviews I was a little worried. But I have never had to wait very long and the customer service people have been very nice. I also appreciate that the door will stay open while bringing in packages. I recommend :)

Wooowza. Charging people $10 to pick up their own packages when they already paid ups to ship packages is absolutely insane. Then you want to give attitude to your customers for being upset when you refuse to give them their packages when they pay your ridiculous double charge fees. Nah. 0/10 hope your entire company goes under.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Prices are out of control. Walked out. 14.00 for a small box and 29$ for them to place it in the box and that was before the cost of shipping that was 3 times the online shipping quoted price. Never again.

Darby was really nice and took care of us quickly. She quoted us multiple options to make shipping more affordable as I was shipping something fairly heavy and needed additional insurance.

While waiting in line with my hands full a lady cut ahead of me. I told her I was next in line, she than said you have a lot stuff and I'll be fast. The employee told me I need to wait for her because she was just making a payment. I was totally disregarded by the employee who should have told that woman I was next. She also started my amazon return but than past me off to another coworker. I told myself not to come back to this store but I was on that side of town, each time they are just rude there.
