Apparently no one can answer the phone. My package was not delivered for a bogus reason, and I'm unable to get in touch with anyone to fix the issue. Apparently, since we have no other choice but to use this carrier where we live, they have zero motivation for having any sort of customer service.

They erroneously processed a hold mail request and my address got listed as vacant. I've spent over a week trying to resolve the issue online and through the phone. I work too late to be able to stop by during working hours and it's impossible to get someone on the phone.

I’ve ordered items internationally. All of my items have arrived and have been posted as delivered to the “mail processing center” which Ultimately led to the Jefferson USPS location. However it never left that facility to be delivered to my local USPS post office or sent a postage notifying me or my local post office that they needed to be picked up. Now these items are not small but medium to large sizes. Over “””42””” products never reached my home or local post office. I demanded an open investigation to the facility itself and wanting clarification How my items were delivered And or signed for.

Daviena went above and beyond for us at our passport appointment. The process was fast and smooth once we had it figured out. Super kind, caring and understanding since we were new to the process.

Nobody here answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times and I never get an answer. I have to physically go there to ask a question every single time. It’s absurd. Why do you even have a phone number if it’s no one’s job to answers it? And why are you telling people it takes two weeks to change a lock and you’ll call but it clearly takes longer than two weeks, nobody is calling and I have to go down there and ask about it and nobody has a answer for me other than I just need to wait for a call. It’s like nobody here likes nor wants to do their job at all.

Never answer phone, years of runaround, like finding yourself in Franz Kafka novel. The front service counter is friendly and fine, but try to venture beyond that and it's dystopian.

Don't waste your time coming here. It would be easier and less painful to jump off a cliff and end it all.

It's A Long One....If any future customers chose this location MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE ON THE POSTAGE!
I am a person receiving a package mailed from someone who went to this post office. After reading all of the complaints by others and reviews about how incompetent the staff is, I honestly believe this establishment needs an overhaul, retraining, auditing, something! Especially if these are stodgy career tenured staff that won't be terminated and just don't give a F××K. It's uphauling what I've endured because of this post office.
My package began it's journey from Olympia, WI to Racine, WI March 28 2025. Whoever sold the postage on that day and put it on my package ENTERED THE WRONG ZIP CODE! For the last month my package has been looping through the every distribution center in the Midwest. My zip code is 53405 and the counter clerk entered 58405 which is JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA. This means whoever was working did not double check the address and postage zip code, pushed the transaction through, and then it took at least 4 days to leave OLYMPIA. I've made multiple attempts to get the package redirected to me. It's not an easy fix either. There's millions of packages that go through each distribution centers every day. USPS Consumer Affairs and Managers at the sorting centers in NORTH DAKOTA, MINNESOTA, ILLINOIS AND WISCONSIN have been looped in on my package's passage through the process of this MAJOR ERROR made by OLYMPIA'S location staff. In the QR code on the postage sticker keeps scanning through sorting machines and then sending it back to FARGO NORTH DAKOTA! One of the analysts that work magic with QR codes on postage stickers hopefully changed it for the last time and it will make it's way to me in WISCONSIN. From MARCH 28TH 2025 and today APRIL 27TH 2025 it's been to each state 4 times. If I could give this no stars I would. Again, If any future customers chose this location MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE ON THE POSTAGE. Don't end up like me as I still wait for my package for a month. No idea if it will ever get to me now.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I had a very unfortunate experience at this facility. I had tried to get new keys for my mailbox at my condo and for the last 2 weeks i have been waiting to be contacted about the key change. When we went into the facility we were brushed off and told they were going to call the person in charge of changing keys. He was not answering and could not be reached. The issue is our lock was changed and the contracted worker is the only one with access to our key and cannot be reached. I understand things happen and it is not any one person's fault in this matter but this is an issue of security. It is tax season and there are very sensitive documents with private information. I have had documents taken from my mailbox in the past and it is not fun to deal with that. I would really appreciate it if you could find a way to have better communication with your contractors when it comes to things like this.

The people that work here are always really nice and on occasion, they crack a joke. For a post office, that’s five stars!

Needed to mail some documents. Went in mid afternoon. Have a bad back and poor vision, but needed to mail some court documents. Brought with me written instructions on what forms I needed and where I needed it sent to. They refused to look at the instructions, cut me off when i was explaining i can't see well and needed assistance filling out the form, despite the fact that the other clerk just did for another customer. They kicked me from line telling me i needed to fill out a form. I asked if they had a place where i could be seated while I filled it out (they did have folding chairs behind one of the counters), but they refused. He handed me an envelope back with my papers. Not realizing that the envelope was in there, I was frustrated and decided to leave so I could sit down in my car before my back gave out. Then they chased me down for stealing the envelope with a $1 dollar stamp. Went to the UPS store by Safeway instead and they helped me fill out everything and mailed it for me, making sure I had the right forms. Never going to this post office again.
