The driver took all my mail, decided my apartment was vacant without contacting anyone in the office or anything, and all my mail was sent back before I even knew anything about it. This should not be legal. I've lived in the same place for years , I always check my mail every few weeks, no issues. There is no way my mailbox was that full. I checked it as usual. I ordered medicine for my son and it must have been delivered when the idiot carrier thought it was vacant. Why would a vacant place get a new prescription ordered to it? It just makes no sense and shows a real lack of thinking and understanding. And laziness. I guess it's easier to just decide a place is vacant and stamp "return to sender" than to do your job and deliver the mail.

I was harassed by Clerk Sandeep Westside of Olympia. He was rude and not helpful. I worked at the PO 10 years so it's clear to me that he was harassing me.

Everytime I get a torrid package sent they send it back to torrid even though the address is correct ,also I filled out a disability form 2 x saying how packages are to come to my door by the Drs do to permanent disabilities.the carrier with USPS and UPS basically said too bad to me ,so now they send my packages back half the time ,with my temu orders for the last three months if delivered by USPS they all of sudden go missing ,I also ordered my dogs flea meds that also disappear quiet often .however if fed ex delivers anything I always get it same with Amazon .USPS and UPS are the only two deliveries that mishandle or steal my packages and ridicule me for being disabled even after submitting letters .and what I find funny is in the only one that lives here wrote USPS and the carrier 3x in two years saying to please not deliver mail by anyone other then me .instead of them helping now I got 5 ppl saying they live here when it was only one . I really wish this carrier would be more attentive, caring and understanding.and I think who ever runs this office at Jefferson needs to step there game up as a supervisor .I've lost over 300 dollars in property in the last 4 months and they don't just keep replacing or refunding do to your neglectful carelessness.also your employees laughed at it and they blame our new lock boxes. However the new lock boxes are not scratched up ,dented ,or forced entry . And I highly doubt ppl are going to steal two packages and leave my check in the mail .ever since thieves started theiving they will always steal money or checks before a package..so that tells me the carrier didn't pay attention as usual and put it in another box ,it's still at the facility and just never delivered or someone at the office stole it or the truck was broke into but it definitely wasn't the box ? ...I currently have another temu package delivered by USPS i don't know why since it's big .but I hope to god its delivered because of I report it again with temu then USPS on Jefferson will be getting investigated they said too many packages not delivered and too many ppl laughing an false stories made up

So rude, incompetent... and rude.They're also petty and there is little to no accountability from all levels of office staff. Keep in mind when dealing with them.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As always the worst part of coming here is other people in line. I wish people didn't stand right behind you and cough... They took the 6ft distancing marks off the floor so apparently that means stand 12 inches away. ?

The staff are so rude and really could care less about our circumstances and our issues. Even when confronted repeatedly about ongoing issues with service to elderly and disabled persons.

This USPS office is a freaking JOKE for customers to be able to reach! I have INFORMED DELIVERY was expecting and NEEDED my medication that is delivered by mail. Informed Delivery and tracking indicated as follows: IT WAS RECEIVED AND SCANNED IN OLYMPIA, THEN OUT FOR DELIVERY, TO THEN SHOW an HOUR AND 45 min, LATER, THAT IT DEPARTED OLYMPIA FACILITY,.. WORKING THROUGH NETWORK, AND THEN GAVE NO DELIVERY DATE! WHERE THE HELL IS IT AND WHY DID IT DEPART FROM OLYMPIA?Oct 119:42 amDeparted USPS FacilityOLYMPIA,WA 98501Oct 118:01 amOut for DeliveryOLYMPIA,WA 98502Oct 117:50 amArrived at Post OfficeOLYMPIA,WA 98501Oct 115:37 amArrived at USPS FacilityOLYMPIA,WA 98501I checked with postal carrier (about 4:50pm) when he was down at the boxes, and he doubled checked, but did not have it, He said more than likely DIDNT GET PICKED UP, or it got put on the wrong route. I NEEDED MY MEDICATION TODAY!!!!!!I HAVE CALLED 3 DAMN TIMES, AUTO VOICE SYSTEM TELLS ME TO ASK FOR "REPRESENTATIVE" AT ANY TIME,.. I DO, ONLY TO THEN BE PUT THROUGH TO TAKE A SURVEY, ALL 3 TIMES! HERE IS MY SURVEY,.. OLYMPIA DOWNTOWN USPS, SUCKS!

I've got to say, it was surprising to see a Federal employee use such weak tactics to confuse me when it was obvious the post office failed on so many levels:1) They lost the continued hold on my mail. They had my contact info, but no one knows what happened to my mail because someone moved into my old address.I told him I filled out the appropriate form in person at that post office, and he demanded to know the exact date. As I scrolled through my summer emails, he then shrugged off any and all accountability.2) The verification of my ID failed: and he didn't believe me.I received the alert within 60 seconds of him scanning my email code and driver's license for verification to change address:"Unfortunately, we were not able to verify your identity and are not able to act upon your change-of-address request."I kept insisting that the verification of my identification failed, but he wouldn't believe me.The postman said I needed to wait more than a minute to check my email and then interrogated me about the validity of the time stamped email, even when I gave him my phone.He never validated my ID.3) So my mail wasn't held, and my forwarding address never processed, so what should I do?He said the managers are busy with the carriers at the end of the day. They can't bother with me.I said I was a teacher.He said, "Come on your lunch break then!"I said, "It is only 30 minutes."He threw his hands up on the air and said there was nothing he could do.I said, "Hey, if you don't care, I don't care.I then went to the DMV and Vehicle Registry and changed it all in person. I recommend you do the same.

The worst customer service. They don't follow through, return calls or email as they say they will. It's really dissapointing. The upside is our postman Craig is awesome as is the counter people.

We have been waiting for a certified letter since Saturday, we kept checking on updates and they kept postponing it. Now it is Tuesday and we looked in our mail box and it was there. This was supposed to be a certified letter that required a signature but UPS put in the mailbox that has be broken into on multiple occasions. They charge for a service they did not provide!
