I’m sure it’s a fine location but no access to the self serve after hours. Head towards a different location if you need access to the kiosk.

I've dealt w/ these same folks since I was 3yrs old. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. Joe, if I don't see you before you retire, I hope you have a happy retirement and rest easy. This comes from that little girl on Munson Drive, all those years ago. You were my favorite driver as I couldn't wait to give you my 19c for a stamp at the time, just as they were turning 20c. That was around 1976-77. Yeah it was that long ago. So take care.

This is my favorite post office to go , it’s close to my work and the workers are friendly and quick . Today though Saturday august 31st. It’s supposed to be open , the internet says open , the website says open but it’s closed . They have no signs up about the hours or closure . The kiosk is open but the drop box is locked . I watched about 100 people come and go wasting their time because they didn’t put up a sign or warn us . I’m not sure why they aren’t there but I drove all the way into town because they were supposed to be open from 10-3 . I had assured a buyer I would ship today and planned my entire day around it . I don’t drive to other locations so now I won’t be able to ship until Tuesday which might lose me a sale if the buyer cancels because of it . I understand things happen , but a closed for today or the weekend or anything would have been nice to know

Only three stars because they didn’t address the man loitering with a camera outside very well. Why have a no loitering sign if people can loiter and take pictures as you come and go to the P.O. Box…

No longer has 24/7 access to P.O. boxes due to increased crime. What a shame that this city has fallen so hard.

I want to thank Ms. Teresa. I was deeply moved by her positive work attitude, customer friendliness, patience and willingness to help and smiling . Since English is not my mother tongue, Ms. Teresa listened patiently and communicated patiently without impatience. Later, I changed my mind four or five times about which type of delivery and packaging to choose, but Ms. Teresa was not impatient. She always helped me, told me not to worry, and finally said that I had done a great job. I was in a good mood when I left the post office. Thank you, Ms. Teresa. Thank you for the warmth and happiness you have brought to me. I will never forget being treated so kindly.
