Docked two stars for trying to leave the practice, and getting billed for two months when I haven't been using the services and requested it, maybe 28 days ahead of time. Their "30 day policy" is a dig at their clients; I gave them plenty of time to get me off services. My PCP was awesome, responsive, etc, for years. But billing an extra month when no services have been used is really not okay. I'm leaving the practice to save money because of paying back student loans, and they gouged me on the way out. I tried to call and got the "well, it wasn't 30 days" when it was close enough. Not okay.

The most important point that I meant to emphasize in my initial review as I maintain it as written, was to add that these doctors are not hostage to insurance company standards and manipulations being experienced in the medical field industry, They will tell you the truth and you will pay them for their expertise.

The physicians and staff are kind, compassionate, and professional. The front office staff are the best I have encountered. From prompt callbacks and scheduling, to going above and beyond to establish a genuine relationship with patients. The doctors on staff are always willing to listen and take the patients overall needs into consideration. I’m always impressed by their vigilance and standards. I have been a Vantage patient for around 7 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare. A+

Our family have been patients of Vantage for years. The physicians and staff have cared for one of our parents and now for both of us. The doctors and support folks are caring, responsive and knowledgeable. We really appreciate their model of care as it focuses on our interests rather than being tied to insurance companies and/or corporate entities. We highly recommend Vantage Physicians!

I really appreciate the amount of time and care Dr. K always takes for each visit, even if I'm coming in for a regular check up or for what I think is a "minor" concern. It also feels like collaborative care -- Dr. K really listens to where I'm at and what I think is right for me. This approach feels like what health care should be like. I have huge amount of respect for Vantage and more importantly feel very respected by them.

Vantage Physicians take the time required to provide excellent individualized care whether the need is routine or urgent, straightforward or complex. Fees are quite reasonable for services that are tailored to the needs of patients instead of the demands & fee schedules set by insurance companies!

We have the greatest reliance and trust in Vantage physicians. They deliver exactly what they advertise and beyond. As a retired nurse I have seen many reliable doctors, but Dr.Kershisnik combines her broad expertise with kindness, and the ability to listen and understand. She is blessed.

It's curious there aren't more concierge services like this as it is so much better! Quick access to the physician through email, tele-health and appointments. And they have fewer patients per doc by design so know us and follow up with care. I highly recommend this style and these physicians!!!

I so appreciate the physicans and staff at Vantage. It has been a comfort to know they are there to take care of all my health needs. I am so impressed with the quick responses I receive whenever I have a question. They are truly the best!

I have been a patient of Vantage for four years. I couldn't be happy. I get questions answered within a day, usually within hours. If they don't have an answer to a question, they research it for me. At appointments, they give me the time I need. All blood draws done in-house. They will discuss alternative treatments.It is so great to have physicians who actually LISTEN,

our 19 year old daughter had swollen glands - they actually suggested to her, alone as a student in Olympia, that she had cancer - completely frightened her - had to fly her home to see her regular physician and it turned out she had an ear and sinus infection - treated with antibiotics and prednisone and quickly recovered.
