On May 2nd my Motorola g stylus 2021 the battery dies on me which I just replaced it last September. I went on line to check out where can I find Verizon store to see if they can figure it out for me and why the my phone battery always on 80% when I went to bed the night before and wake up with totally dead phone. I spoke to Taylor and he checked the apps to see if one or more draining the battery 🔋 but there's no and it looks like it, it just the battery gives up. Taylor informed me that Verizon have an upgrade for me on my account pixel 9 pro with signing up for 36 months for free of charge, then I asked him if I wanted to go the pixel 9 pro xl instead he said that just fine just pay the difference of $200+ tax and it's yours. I did pay the difference and Taylor transferred all of my apps from the old Motorola phone to the new pixel 9 pro xl with a little bit of charge $35.00
Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my situation.
I call Taylor several time after I purchased the phone to ask him for help on the phone and he was very polite and professional each time to help me, and on top of all that I asked him if he can add my new pixel 9 pro xl to my blue tooth on my Camry without Hastings he came out and installed it to my Camry.
The customer service at that store where's Taylor worked it was flawless and excellent service I ever been seeing.
I recommend everyone needs a new phone or any other services to go to this TCC Verizon store on

And asked for Taylor to help you. You will not be disappointed.

Came by the store today with a major issue with my daughter’s phone. Taylor, went above and beyond by opening back up after already closing for the day and took the time to come up with an amazing solution. My daughter and I are extremely grateful and want to give a huge thanks to Taylor and Verizon in Olympia. Thanks!

Was a previous Verizon customer and never had an issue. I got caught up in the Xfinity mobile and have regretted my decision. Unfortunately I cannot recall my original pin so have to start over but that's ok. My rep was Taylor and he is amazing... They all are to be honest. I do not plan on ever switching from Verizon again and I hope to have Taylor always be our guy for our phone, service, and Verizon Internet needs. Even if some think Verizon is a little pricier, you definitely get your money's worth with Verizon. Thank you!!!
