I only gave two stars because of the salesman's attitude. He was amazing. The absence of the other three is because we purchased a Tiguon 2 months ago. The oil was not topped off when we bought it. I took it back and he gave me a story, even though they stated that we wouldn't have to bring this car back for 10k miles for an oil change, on how driving can cause the oil to go low....but 1200 miles? And our oil light came on. We bought the plan, but were expected to pay because they didn't add adequate oil the first time. I was going to trade my car in and go VW due to the benefits, but if I do, I'll be sure to go to Seattle or somewhere else. Also, I've been sitting here now for a while. I came to see about the oil, but also to trade mine in. I won't be doing that now.

The owner of the business hates people and lied to police about a first amendment auditor standing on a sidewalk. I would not trust him in any business dealings.

This is the second time that I've come to this Volkswagen location, and each time the customer service that I have received has been amazing! Every staff member that I engaged with was super friendly and had such a positive attitude. And of course, the service performed on my car was great quality as well. I also love how they give you a voucher for a free car wash at the conclusion of your visit. I would 100% recommend coming to this location for your car servicing needs.

I want to thank Ron at VW of Olympia for helping me out yesterday when I was down to 5 miles of range in my new (used) BMW EV and was so stressed about my ordeal. Encountered either broken EV charging stations, or ones that required an existing account on a road trip from Portland to Steilacoom. Nissan wouldn't help me out of a desperate situation. Ron took my car and charged it on their quick charge system and had me on my way. Forever grateful for your assistance!!!

I need to get my 60k service done. So I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I live in Puyallup, so it's about a 45 - 50 minute drive. I called during the week because I started thinking I don't want to spend my Saturday sitting in a dealership. So the advisor called me back, confirmed my service and reassured I didn't need to cancel and the shuttle could take me somewhere else to wait. Perfect! I go in this morning and wrong. Shuttle doesn't run on the weekend, and even though I had an appointment they are running behind so the wait will be longer. With so many dealers closer to me, and me only coming out here cause I loved the guys I bought the car from and wanted to keep it there supporting them. I'll pass. I left I'll give my $900 to someone else for service.

Terrible service! I have never experienced such terrible service . Twice had to add oil when I got home. The third time got 2 miles down the road and washer fluid ran out. Now clutch went out and of course not covered by factory warranty or service plan that hasn't covered anything. I'll never buy another Volkswagen and trading off this one asap.

I worked with Riley and I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience. Prior to going to VW, I had gotten very low quotes on my trade-in. Riley was the only person who offered me a fair price for my trade. I then put down a small deposit on an incoming Taos.The Taos came in today and I met Riley in person. He was so genuinely and authentically nice, he made me feel at ease and he was super patient showing me all the features on the Taos. His kind demeanor made for a stress-free car buying experience. And it was not a five hour extravaganza, I was in and out in record time!I highly recommend seeking out Riley if you are considering a VW. I couldn't be any happier with my new vehicle and the personable service I received.

I have had the best experiences here. I would take your Volkswagen here if you're in the Olympia area. I personally worked with Jordan and his customer service is incredible. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We just bought two cars at VW of Olympia! We got a Tiguan for Sarah (Tiger/Iguana). It is safe, hip and gets good gas mileage. Nick got a Taos. They are great cars. We also had a great sales rep, Rick, and got great rates, Nate. Thanks VW of Olympia!!

Sold a 2021 Kia K5 on Jan 11, 2022. Several days later the bank notified me the vehicle had been paid off. I contacted Volkswagen of Olympia to see if my payoff check was ready for pickup. It took a few tries to get someone on the phone but eventually I was routed to the front desk. I was told it usually takes a few weeks to process my payoff check. I called back about a week later to follow up. I left a message with the front desk but never got a call back. I repeated this two more times. Today I tried again (its been 16 business days or 22 calendar days since I sold my vehicle)this time I was able to reach a salesman named Logan (first time someone has been semi helpful) he routed me to Molly (someone in finance) but went straight to voice mail. I called back and got rerouted to another manager but again voice-mail. The moral of this story is that either my messages are not getting listened to/routed to the correct people. Or this is a symptom of poor customer service. Regardless of the reason, I hope this review generates some movement on helping me get paid for a vehicle that I sold to this dealership. Respectfully, a one time customer
