I am done with Walgreens and you will never get my business. I gave the Walgreens Cooper Point # 5571 many chances. I am glad the market offers different alternatives for my needs (Pharmacy = CVS, other items I buy daily = Target). 1) I have been waiting for my prescription for over a week. "They are still working on it". When I call the pharmacy to check the status, I am told "We are short-staffed". 2) Today, I placed a same-day delivery for a few food items. I haven't received anything. When I check the app, it says "Same-day delivery cancelled". No idea why or who cancelled it. I will never do business with Walgreens anymore, anywhere. I cancelled my Walgreens app this evening, I will cancel my Walgreens credit card on Monday, and you can keep my Walgreens Cash rewards Good luck with the way you do business. DO NOT CONTACT ME. No follow-up needed.

? GOT NO HELP! Had to ask several times how to work the copy machine to make copies from original pictures. Did not check the copies until we got home and all the copies were yellow and wasn't able to be used. So if you make copies there from original hard copies make sure when they develop them you check them! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Especially since my sister was in town from Florida and we were trying to get copies made before she left back to Florida. I will not go there again! ?

on July 13, 2023 around 4pm I went into the pharmacy at 1510 Cooper point rd. sw, Olympia, WA with an irritated eye and a prescription for an antibiotic drop for my eye. I showed the young woman behind the counter my insurance card and she said that Walgreens did not honor that insurance. so I said I would pay cash. she told me she couldn't do that due my insurance would no longer insure me EVER! if I I did. that is ludicrous!

The clerk told me that my prescription would be ready just before they closed at 6:55PM. I left to run another short errand and was back by 6:03PM, and the pharmacy was closed ... maybe they should hire people that can read and tell time .....

Absolutely infuriated!! Went in to buy a few sundries, and I paid with a $20, my change was supposed to be $11 and some change. I was preoccupied with my 3 kids and getting out of the store, and as I walking out of the store I realized the cashier had shorted me $1. Granted it's only $1, but it's MY $1, so I went back to the cashier to ask for the $1. She informed me that the manager had to come and "count" her till. So Andrew, the manager, came and "weighed" all the money. They insured me this was extremely accurate. Andrew came back with a printout saying the till was only off by 2¢, and that I must be incorrect on not getting the correct change. I was extremely upset since they had wasted my time, then just to tell me that I was wrong, and they couldn't do anything about it. I was needing to get my daughter to a class, so I walked out. People walk out of this store all the time without paying for items, and they couldn't give me my $1 after paying for my items. I tried calling the 1-800- WALGREENS number, just for them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. After my daughter was finished with her class I drove back to the store. I told Andrew I wanted them to check their cameras for my transaction, so he went to the back, and after some time, he came back telling the cashier they owed me my $1. You would think I was telling them I was shorted $100 by the way they were reacting. Honestly, it would have been easier to just walk out with stolen items, but I didn't need that on my conscience. I just don't feel it's right that a big corporation can steal money from a paying customer, yet be okay with dishonest people walking out with unpaid items, and not even bat an eye. It almost felt as if I was the criminal by asking for what I knew was owed to me. I am barely making enough to scrape by, so every penny counts to me. Plus, it's the principal of the matter.

My husband and I are new to the area and this was my first time in this Walgreens. We had a few things to pick up and decided to get a bottle of bourbon, too, while we were there. The lady at the counter said she needed to see both of our ID's, and we kind of laughed and my husband showed her his ID, but then she asked for mine again, and I said I didn't have it on me, I didn't bring my purse with me and that I'm not the one buying it anyways. She said she needed to see BOTH our IDs, and no she wasn't kidding. We were kind of dumbstruck, and I repeated that I didn't have it with me and I wasn't the one buying the bottle so that wasn't happening...and then I left. She said he could buy it as long as I wasn't standing next to him.I then called the store to speak with the manager to ask if it was really their policy, or if the lady was confused and to tell them that we were both in our late 50's and so what was the deal? She said yes that's their policy that they have to card anyone "who looks under 50" (I kid you not) so they could input the data from our licenses. It's beside the point, but neither of us look under 50, and *newsflash* 49 year olds are allowed to buy liquor, too. It was the dumbest encounter I've ever had. I waited outside and felt like a 16-year-old waiting for an older brother or sister to come out of the liquor store with booze for me. All we could figure is they were owned by some religious nut because it's sure not state law and has never happened to me or anyone I know in the 35+ years I've been of legal drinking age. Seriously smdh, and needless to say, we won't be back.

We moved recently and are on the hunt for a new pharmacy, this one is close to work so we thought to give it a try. NEVER again. They were sent the prescription the day prior, I was going to drive through but there were nine (not exaggerating) vehicles in the pick up line. After a few days of driving by at different times of day I had to go in and try the in person line. There were four people in line and the pharmacist was telling the gal at the counter to go tell those folks they won't get help today. It was half an hour prior to the pharmacy being able to close. However, it was the snotty attitude from both the gal at the counter and the pharmacist that took me back a bit. There was ZERO compassion for the folks waiting. While I was waiting I watched three different people have "issues" with their insurance they stated they had not had before. In each case, the young lady assisting them was short, rude, did not listen to what they were telling her, and essentially didn't even try to sort it out. Another person came up and magically, all three issues were solved with minimal effort. The administrative organization was non-existent, the customer service was laughable were it not such a serious place to need help (the pharmacy that is, that gals and guys in the actual store part were quite pleasant) and the pharmacy folks were very clear they were over-tasked and us customers were the problem. I mentioned the wait earlier. I actually drove by multiple times and stopped in four days in a row before making time to stand in line for the 1-2 hours they recommended I set aside. I had to get a sitter to accommodate the amount of time. I called my doctor and had him move my prescription to another pharmacy I knew had better customer service and this Walgreens refused to release the prescription because it is expensive. It's a tube of expensive, though common ointment, nothing custom, effort, or time consuming. I was on hold on the phone to ask them why they would not let it go to the other pharmacy for over two hours and then got hung up on. I called the retail part of the store and asked to talk to a manager. They asked if it had to do with the pharmacy and I said "yes, but..." and I was immediately transferred back into the pharmacy telephone hold que TWICE. Overall, go elsewhere is you have ANY other options. You are not the priority with this pharmacy, you are not even worth common courtesy. I would give them no stars if I could. Awful, just awful.

Had a very pleasant interaction with Tiera (sorry I hope I heard your name right) I know front desk pharmacy work can be very stressful but she had a great attitude and was very pleasant which is very rare these days. The pharmacist also was ver polite and respectful. Thanks for being a cool team.

I needed a passport photo. Lighting where the photo was taken was bad, not enough brightness. The Camera looked cheap, like anyone could do this at home. The person who took the photo said he would still need to photoshop it in order for it to be ready. The picture was dark and the photo editing was horrible. My hair look it had sharp spikes due to the editing. The photo editing is a huge warning because the goverment website for passport photos states that the photo should not be altered in any way. This is going to be my 4th passport photo and I never had this issue before. I don't recommend this place. Go to fedex down the street instead.
