I have completely lost confidence in all Walgreens pharmacies. The staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior, combined with dangerous mistakes like dispensing the wrong prescription medication, is absolutely unacceptable. If you care about your health or the safety of your family, I urge you to use a different pharmacy. Don’t waste your time contacting the managers — none of them have shown any concern or accountability for these serious issues.

Scott and Carolyne in the pharmacy are so caring and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I’d have antibiotics for my son just in the Knick of time. I truly appreciate their hearts and humanity ❤️❤️ they won me over from having my prescriptions at Rite Aid. I now will always use Walgreens. Thank you!

I'm sick of seeing sale prices posted and then getting to the front only to realize you have to give them all your personal information or else you're going to get ripped off terrible prices I'm not going to do that. I put the stuff back and I won't be back to Walgreens. It's insane that every store we have to go to we need an app or we need to give them all of our information and our first child in order to get prices that are even somewhat decent

Just called to ask the simple question...if i have prescriptions that say they will start working on them on the 11th, will I be able to pick them up on the 11th? Lady kept cutting me off and yelling about if I need them sooner call my doctor. That wasn't even my question! I am having surgery on the 13th and the doctor wants me to start some of the meds 2 days before. That would be the 11th. She just kept interrupting me about how she couldn't start them before the 11th. THAT WASNT MY QUESTION! I am already anxious enough and scared over this major surgery without dealing with someone who can't answer a simple question. I've had prescriptions filled before where it said they would start working on them on one day but that they wouldn't be ready for like 3 or 4 days after. That doesn't work in this situation. I just want to know that if you start working on The prescriptions on the 11th....will I be able to pick them up on the 11th? Can a note be made stating that the patients doctor wants her to start these meds on the 11th (2 days before surgery)? I ended up just hanging up as she wouldn't stop repeating that if I want them sooner to call my doctor and wouldn't let me speak.

You guys need to figure out your OTC stuff it's really frustrating people who are on OTC having anxiety and other problems and having to go up to the counter with your stuff that says the OTC is eligible for and then it's not because you don't know how to fix the problem

It would be nice when you walk into the store and you see workers just standing around pointing forward to give you a hand when you only have to find four things and they say over there instead of helping you especially you expect that they know where the item is manager is don’t know about the item and the store I don’t know why he became manager that he doesn’t know anything that’s Sad for the Owner of the store if I am the owner i fired them and changed them all customer service is poor.😡😡😡

I definitely don't get why this store has such low star ratings. The ladies are so helpful at this location. They're very kind and considerate. I do recommend this location to others........

Carolyn at the pharmacy has terrible customer service. I called like I do every month to tell them I pay out of pocket for my prescription so that it doesn’t get delayed. She stated my insurance is expired, I told her I didn’t have that insurance company until recently through work and they switched plans a month ago, she then interrupted me saying she’s a patient of that company and they don’t change your ID # ever and then she cashed it out before I could even offer to give her my info, interrupted me again saying she already cashed it out so if I want to give the insurance info I can do it at the pharmacy. I’m looking at two different insurance cards that have two different group numbers but her attitude was just awful. I always dread having to call this pharmacy because almost all of their employees obviously hate their jobs.

Drive through pharmacy really slow.was only 2 cars in front of us and it took 20 minutes for one car to be served.had to go into the store to get prescription. Tumwater is not as slow as this pharmacy Drive through and they have higher traffic volume then this Drive through.

Cooper Point Rd Olympia WA- 42 minutes on phone hold and STILL counting just to provide insurance card information that they SHOULD have already had since a whole "Walgreens account" was set up three days ago. Current prescription total ready for pickup shows in email a touch over $900!!!! Wrong is an understatement. Oh but wait gets even more interesting. FINALLY gave up waiting on hold after 45 minutes and decided to drive to the pharmacy and just talk with a breathing face to face human. Saturday pharmacy hours 9AM until 6PM right- Well apparently NOT this Saturday. Get there at 10:15 there are 6 people in line and the pharmacy is totally CLOSED UP! 10:30 some kind of store manager shows up with a bunch of employees and one person in a white doctor type coat presumably the pharmacist. The line went fast BUT not one single word of apology from any staff nor explanation of what happened. Which means the phone call I was stuck on hold telling me I was next in the cue was flat lying since there was no one there to answer the pharmacy phone the entire time I was on hold.

The men that work the registers in both pharmacy and the front are really rude. I always feel like I'm watched in case I steal even though I've shopped here regularly for years. This last time the pharmacy rep got my rx, had issues, resolved them, rang up my items and never acknowledged me or said a word. It was so awkward. He didn't give me a bag so I asked the front where the guy scoffed when I said I paid at pharmacy and checked every item on my receipt. There's entry-level work where they don't need to speak to people. They don't need to be there.
