Seth was helpful both on the phone and in person, he explained everything to me and gave me instructions I could easily follow and what would and could've easily been a stressful experience wasn't. If I knew he were always available I would send everyone there for help solving their cell phone issues.

Joe, Mike and the store manager fixed a complicated issue with my iPhone. I had taken it to batteries plus for a general screen repair. After several attempts to resolve a microphone issue they were professional enough to replace my whole phone.I’m happy and satisfied that they valued me as a customer enough to make sure it was taken care of and fixed. I appreciated them and will continue stopping by and giving them business. Good group of guys. Thank you Mike joe and Sam.

Got my screen repaired with great service. Unfortunately the screen installed was a dud, can't blame the installer. My man there, I can't remember his name, let me know of the next nearest location that had a screen available. Drove there the same day and they replaced it for free and the phone works great. Way better deal than replacing the phone.
