I had my hair highlighted and color here for the first time because my friend recommended this place. I colored my roots which is what i usually do if i opt out on color and just do a full foil. She said the color is too red and will not go with the highlights i was aiming which is just ash blonde (my regular highlights). She then said that i need the color so she can correct it and I said ok. The final look left me with 3 colors, streaks of bad bleaching, leapard like patches all over my hair. I pointed the issue and she said it doesn’t even look visible or bad 🤯 really? She said it should get better in few days 🤦🏻♀️ if there’s a negative review i would rate her for sure. Don’t waste your money, even though she gave me a discounted price before the service, it’s not worth the stress and lousy job she performed on my hair. The least she could do is give me a refund, there’s no way I let her touch my hair again.

Very friendly service. Great prices for all services. Extremely clean and well organised. Last minute customers are not an issue. Didn't have an appointment and was taken in without a wait at all. Very professional.
Stylist: Failed to get her name, but she was the owner. Really sweet and does amazing work.

I got my haircut here about a year ago and they left one side completely uneven and choppy and I just got my haircut there again the other day and same exact thing except this time they charged 20 instead of 15

My family and I found Westside Hair and Nail Salon when we moved to the westside of Olympia in November of 2021. The location was the initial draw, however, the client service is what will keep us coming back as long as we're in the Olympia area. They ended up giving my son (2yr) his first cut, figured out my wife's correct coloring (redish,) and have always been able to find a window of time for me on short notice. First time I went there they were wonderful my hair liked great (they colored it) the second time I went there was horrible and I had to pay almost $400 to have my hair fixed by another salon.
