Google states very clearly they are open until 7pm. Hold up! They in fact are not. Drove 30 miles to have to door say 6pm. Absolutely horrible thing to do. Gas is expensive. Thanks for nothing. It’s 2023 get your *%#* together.

I will never buy another product from these people ever again stating that they are all about costumer service when I tried to return my defective 300 doller boot for a refund because my work bought me boots and the only thing I was missing was the box they came in I had my receipt and I wore them twice and the right boot my foot was wet by the end of the day and when I asked for a refund they said nope exchange only first off why would I want the same boot that was defective from the start who's to say all arnt like that second to make statement like they know how hard I work for my money well if that was the case give me back my money caused I really don't need two pairs of new boot and I could really use that money right now but anyways lesson learned done shopping there

Boo.I’ve had a jacket sized too big since Xmas, I’ve been in there four times trying to get the right size, and they’ve never had it.Each time they’ve taken my name & number, said they’d transfer it, and I never hear from them.So just today they tell me they *wont* exchange the jacket, it has a smudge on it.So now I’m stuck with this damn jacket, prob try to sell or trade it on Facebook I guess.BOO

It would be nice if they actually had more options for women (Or that fit smaller women, even if they're unisex cuts), FRC, cork boots... Not only men work in these fields.

I always buy my work boots and raincoats here. If they don't have my size, they have it sent from another store.

Wish ZERO STARS was an option. HORRIBLE customer service, Falsely claiming to have a "STRESS-FREE RETURN POLICY" to trick you into feeling safe enough to pay over $200 for work boots, then they treat you like your GARBAGE when you need to return them, THEY REFUSE to give you your hard earned money back, they refuse to exchange or do anything and they LIE. REALLY APPALING BEHSVIOR FOR SUCH OVERLY PRICED WORK GEAR. REGRETTING THE DAY I EVER SPENT EVEN A DOLLAR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent place to go for high visibility work gear . 1 of the last few places that carry my size of women's work boots .

I have very mixed views of this business. On the one hand, they carry a large selection of practical and useful items not just for work, but for the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. On the other hand, the sizes are picked over so much that I rarely purchase anything. I wear small or extra smalls and the merch on the racks skews toward extra large! Also the store seems to be set up to discourage trying on the outerwear. There are several full length mirrors scattered around the perimeter, but there is so much stuff piled in front of them you can't stand back to see yourself and there is no bench or anything to set your stuff on. If I'm gonna spend $140 on a coat I want to make sure I don't look like an elf or a hobbit in it. I mentioned all this to the clerk behind the cash register. She got needlessly snotty & defensive with me. Next time I'm gonna check out the Hawks Prairie location and see if it's any better.

Awful service. Sold me $200 boots assuring me if anything at all didn't feel right bring them back. I did, and they refused to take them back or do anything for me at all. They said there was a speck of dirt on the bottom of the boot, reduculous and they argued with me when I told them I didn't wear them I tried them on . Horrible sales associates, horrible expirience, liars

Went in to try on some work shoes after a run of bad luck trying to buy them online. Only reason to go to a store like this is that I can spend some time trying on shoes to see which ones have the best fit/most comfortable. Didn't have a spending limit and girlfriend was thinking about buying something for herself.Nolan was very friendly and helpful at first... until after trying on the second or third pair of shoes not having the right size in stock and then he began showing signs of being mildly inpatient and annoyed. After trying on a couple mote pairs of shoes and not having the right size for any of them it became more and more obvious that Nolan and the other store staff were acting strangely and I got the distinct impression that they were TRYING NOT to sell to us and waste our time. I never once was rude to them or let on that this was my impression, and as we were walking out even apologized to Nolan about wasting his time, and after I said this he and and his 2 female co-workers rudely laughed and giggled as we walked out seemingly confirming my earlier impressions about all of this being intentional. Very strange experience that I can only describe as cult-like behavior from the employees.

Do you need an ID to pay with a debit card? Both Visa and MasterCard prohibit merchants from requiring customer ID as a condition for accepting their credit or debit cards. All you need is a signed card, and of course the signatures must match.Feb 25, 2011
