Adriana could really benefit from more training in the areas of professionalism and discreetness. I gave 2 stars because another employee handled what I needed. He wasn't much better in the customer service dept. FYI-I was at the West Oly location.

Can't say enough about this Bank. So welcoming to a transplant guy from Minnesota. Jacob was amazing. Quick, prompt and efficient. He even laminated a business card with my account number. Thank you again Jacob.

I opened an account here 10 years ago and wsecu has been the best bank I could ask for. From when i was a broke college student to an adult making six figures wsecu has grown with me and supported me throughout: car loans, my first credit card, and just general banking inquiries. I would recommend this credit union to anyone.

I wish you'd take all the money you spend on pointless marketing campaigns and put it towards some ATMs that aren't painfully slow and can dispense $5s. Then take the rest and fix your website that won't load VISA offers currently. Unfortunate that such key parts of banking are neglected. Both of the two main ways people interact with their bank are broken.

They've been great to me for almost three decades. Then I went in the other day and some young punk on the West Side said I'd have to take my mask off (even though I was clearly disabled with my walker - and obviously ill). Then, he didn't even verify any other info other than my driver's license when I was TAKING MONEY OUT. YIKES!Get the punks out. Or I'm out.REPLY TO WSECU RESPONSE:Your leadership member said that I should have been asked for further identifying information for this transaction. Don't lie.Now that I"m seeing a new trend, I'm going to be looking to be banking elsewhere. You should have not lied here, because I've been with WSECU around 25 years!Also, "briefly" removing masks for ill people especially? You're looking for a lawsuit...

I was in the financial industry for 30 years. I have never had better service at any bank. WSECU associates are very well trained, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Regardless of my financial needs eg credit card, loans, CDs, or basic checking accounts I've gotten excellent service. I won't bank anywhere else. I highly recommend WSECU.

I have been with WSECU for many years, my last three auto loans were with them and I couldn't be happier! They worked with me and helped me get the best rates possible all while keeping my other accounts in mind and even saved me some money on those at the same time! Selling a vehicle that I still owed money on was a smooth and painless transaction. Great job! Yesterday they called me to confirm some charges that didn't seem quite right... Found out my card had been jacked and quickly cancelled it!! Saved me about $500!

I have been with a few banks and credit unions and I have never experienced better customer service than I have with WSECU. They truly care about their members.

Below is the reason why they should have no stars—I was waiting for them to comment. They have harassed me and others online before and banks should have specific policies on privacy...Glad I never used as my main banking institution.
