Worst service in internet and cable history been scheduling appointments for the last 3 days and no one has shown up! These people are mediocre. Can’t even talk to a real person. Only stupid robots smh. I’m changing service providers I can’t deal with this.

Went on 1/29 and had a great experience. Shout-out to Michael and Kyle who helped us switch over to Xfinity mobile and upgrading our internet. They were clear and transparent, we didn't expect to leave with anything. But two new phones, tablet, router and streaming box later we were all set up.

4 sales people and only 1 person to work with equipment swaps that take forever. Wouldn’t recommend a Monday. It seems like a lot but they try to get through everyone quickly.

Not good. Honestly the only thing this store is for maybe to pay your bill? Bought a phone and supposed to get a discount but found out later that wasn’t the case. Lesson learned.

I visited the store this morning because I was having trouble activating my phone after switching phone companies. The employee, whose name was Jacob, was incredibly kind and provided detailed explanations, solved the problem, and even helped me save money by switching to a better plan. I am so very grateful.

I walked into a long line, but before i could begin to allow self to be impatient back up arrived out of a mystery door over to my left! It wasn't long before it was my turn. This team was in their A+ game today. Well managed, polite, courteous, professional..... i can go on & on about this team. Gave me faith about customer service again!!! Keep up the good work.

Place is trash. Representatives are very respectful but don’t have adequate resources to assist customers in a timely manner such as enough computers to process exchanges, turn-ins, and modem transactions. Also, staff will lie to customers and tell everyone the wait is only 10 minutes yet I’ve waited 30 minutes prior to the new customers walking in.
