  The Intercultural Foundations program is intense, but has changed my life, my perceptions, and helped me to become more aware of my biases so I don't keep perpetuating harm. It's tough work, but so worth it. I'm humbled and so very grateful for your work and your patience.

  Great place for help, for people who are in need of a little help with personal cleansing items, toiletries, household cleaning items, open on Wednesday. Really nice people volunteer here, donations are welcome anytime, you can stop by the main office and someone will be there to help you. The YWCA helps with other stuff also, contact the main office to get more information.
