I was told an iphone 16 would cost 8.00/month fir 36 months. I understand there would be a 35,00 activation fee. When i looked at my bill they are charging me almost $40.00/month instead of 8.00. I am furious over the salesman lying to me. I will definitely change carriers unless this is resolved.

Xavier was so kind and helpful. I came in for two upgrades and we ran into some issues, he sailed thru them so wonderfully. He addressed my concerns and made sure to get everything done for me. He said he was the newest employee but you would never know it. He deserves a promotion for sure.

Honestly amazing salesman, sold us 2 phones, the cost wasn't bad. My only problem was they sold us a phone that didn't work right and I was required to pay a $55 fee to replace it. Which I understand but still lost a star with the fees and such.

Had a great experience in store on June 26, 2025. Derek is a great AT&T expert. He has been with the company for 9 years and is my go to person for all my cellular needs. He is knowledgeable on his information and a gives great customer service. My family only deals with Derek. We have even left the store if Derek was not working. He is an asset to the Omak Washington store!!!
