“During a hunting trip to Conconully this year, I blew out some suspension components that required a looooong flatbed ride out of the mountains at night, Kevin Fletcher the owner worked me into his already busy work load to get me back on the road to make it back home safely to the west side of the mountains. He was generously fair with labor and parts. He could have taken advantage of the situation and didn’t. I am a new and loyal customer of his just based around his honesty and business practice. I had an exhaust break in a hard to access place and they were not only able to fix it but also fix the underlying reason why it broke.
Their rates are fair, and while they try to save you money when possible they will ensure the job is done properly.
I also appreciated that they clearly explained how they were going to fix it it.

“I love Byrd's. I've been to big name pick n pulls and what not. They're expensive and the workers just work there... At Byrd's you get the family like hospitality. I went in needed apart and the guys showed me where it was. I pulled the part. Looks at some of the cars they have and some are mint... Wish I could just take them home haha. But the prices are amazing. 35$ for a whole knuckle... Online they are up to 80-120$... Even tossed a new bearing in it that I brought. Super cool guys!”
