Almost ripped me off for $84 they cancel the wrong line in order to get the right line cancel I had to pay to reinstate my phone a total of 84.00 for their mistake said it was too late to get reimbursed because it happened a month before so I went to the bank and had them canceled bye bye cricket

The employees are no help!! They need to hire new people who actually call and ask for help over the phone or even in person. No reason u should be working at a job where you’re useless.

I really like cricket service. I’ve been going through them for years. The Omak location has poor customer service. Workers seem to be rude over minor questions. Except Miguel!!! He’s cool and always helpful.

Cricket themselves is okay. But Omak location really sucks at answering their phones, or helping with anything over the phone themselves.

I am brand new customer to Cricket.My old cell phone from Samsung died so I went into Cricket and Ceria hooked me up right away with a brand new moto g stylus 5g and plan and I LOVE IT!! Thank you Ceria! And thank you Mayra! Talk about awesome customer service these ladies are wonderful and know there stuff! If you are in the market for a new cell phone and or carrier go see these ladies at Cricket you won't be disappointed!

The people working in Omak are very helpful and I appreciated their great customer service.Cricket however has removed my payment method from my account, attempted to charge me a late fee, battled with me for over an hour and a half about it without fixing the issue.I have been missing phone calls, text messages and voicemails that come in late. I was warned not to switch to cricket and I regret ignoring that warning. If you can't afford to miss phone calls, I'd definitely recommend not getting this service.
