My delivery date has changed 4 different times, and arrived well before the holiday weekend (labor day), but still sat in the omak warehouse since Thursday. This has happened 5 other times within 3 months to any package I have going through this branch.

Since when do you deliver a package to a mailbox out in the middle of nowhere I live over 6 miles from those mailboxes, you are supposed to deliver to my home like always before. If any my packages get stolen I'm holding FedEx responsible. FedEx has always delivered to my home. I don't get it, it's flat out rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful to me. I expect my packages to be delivered to my home like everyone else that lives up. There was no reason for it absolutely none!

I always end up waiting or having a package delayed. Usually come from Moses Lake. No gps, no driver location, customer service won't even tell you what county the driver is in

I usually prefer to leave positive reviews, but my experience with FedEx delivery has been quite frustrating. The driver has repeatedly asked me not to use FedEx for my deliveries, despite me explaining that I don't have a choice in selecting the delivery company.
Additionally, the driver consistently refuses to carry packages inside the building. Instead, packages are left in the parking lot, on picnic tables, or other inconvenient spots, but never inside where they belong. This has caused numerous issues and unnecessary hassle.
I hope FedEx can address these issues to improve the delivery experience in the Valley.

Unhappy with ground delivery. Physical address is used for packages - postoffice for mail.

Driver claimed to have left package at back door. I was home all day and knew it had not been delivered to my rural address. Tried calling Fed Ex and could never talk with anyone. Found out two days later, after calling around town, it was left on the back porch of a random church in town along with two other packages that were misdelivered. This contract carrier should be fired for providing false information about deliveries.

Absolutely the WORST freight company on the planet!! In my 23 years living in Chesaw Wa. They will not deliver to my address ( UPS and other companies do) after paying 14$ in shipping I still have to drive 10 miles RT to get my package!! Only Time I use them is if I don't have a choice!! Absolutely the WORST delivery service, and try and call the Omak office directly!! Ha!! No way. Hope they go under very soon, the planet will be better off without them!!

FedEx very seldom gets delivery time correct. A couple times a driver set tires and $2600.00 equipment close to the street. It is very easy to open the gate and sit in the yard. The last issue the package was to be delivered by 4 P.M., delivered at 9:25 P.M. One driver is always helpful and curious despite working for FedEx.If given a choice I will not use FedEx.

With FedEx it’s a guessing game where you might find your package! Very seldom is it ever at the front door. It may be tied to a tree 3/4 of a mile from your home near a main highway or down a utility access road in the woods! The driver doesn’t call or email to ask directions, or leave information on where he left the package. Sloppy and uncaring service!

My cat litter was left after dark at the head of my plowed driveway in the snow, without any plastic to cover its cardboard box. The boxes are soaking wet, but fortunately the product is without damage. However, I had to go out there myself in the dark to retrieve them to prevent that damage.
