It was great showed up spent 20 minutes looking at cars. We have 25,000$ cash to buy. Walked into the office waited almost 10 minutes and not one person even said hi. Walked out side looked at a few more cars passed by at least 2 employees and one walked out looked at me and pulled his phone and made a call. Guess they dont like to sell cars, but its ok my wife has upped the Budget and we will buy 2 cars somewhere else. Never going back, but the tow truck driver waved at me?

I found the truck I was looking for at a great price. It was fast and easy process, the best I have ever had. It was a special day because it was for my daughter, her first truck, and Brian was great to work with in sales, as well as the sales manager Kyle. My experience with Omak Dodge was incredible! Bryan, the sales person, was friendly and helpful. He was never pushy or aggressive. Even when I told him initially that I was most likely just browsing, he still was very friendly and helpful. He treated me like a person and not just a commission. Milo, the manager, was also great. He jumped through hoops and worked his magic to help arrange financing for me. Together they were a great team that made my whole car buying experience a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend Omak Dodge to anyone interested in buying a car or a JEEP from a friendly trustworthy and reputable dealership. Ask for Bryan or Milo...they will take excellent care of you!!

I had a Ford F350 that was a bigger truck than I needed. I found what I was looking for and was able to make a swap for an F150. I got more trade in value than expected and I really enjoy the new truck. I worked with the "new guy", Gage who was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable place to do business!

Just want to give a big thank you to Sarah Woodall and the service team here. I live on the West side now and work three days a week in Omak... At 4:51pm a service DEF system message popped up and I only had 150 miles before limp mode engaged. Sarah agreed to come in early so I could drop my truck off. Sarah couldn't promise it would be done the next day but said they would do their best to get it done in time for me to drive home. To make a long story short they had to order a part from Portland but still had it done by COB the next day!! Thanks much Sarah and team y'all ROCK!!
