Sales staff was not pushy or act like vultures as I've experienced with other dealerships. I felt like I was in control of the transaction. They reminded me of the small town auto dealer that I thought didn't exist any longer. Will return for future purchases.

Typical shady salesman-We bought a car for 22k that needed a lot work after we were assured that it was "Good as new if not better" and now it's been nothing but problem after problem, and where are they? Nowhere to be found- they took the money and ran.Promised new tires that never happened, the warranty is a joke and I recommend you take business elsewhere.

Worked there. New GM is harsh to work for. He gave a guy a raise and told him he would fire him if he discussed his wages. It was 6 months before minimum wage went up. He just gave him the new minimum wage 6 months early and threatened him…. True story…

Everyone who assisted with our purchase was great to work with, from Krystal our sales gal, Rick the sales manager to Kyle the finance guy. Nobody was pushy, just super helpful in making sure it was a fair and easy transaction.

Excellent service, We do business with Brian Rowland , all the time. We went into Jess ford on Weds the 22nd to get our spare tire aired up and then my husband said that we either need new tires or a new car. But I wanted a Hybrid and you had one ,so we bought it. And I love it! I call it my white beauty. Thank you for your service.

Coming from someone who has purchased 3 vehicles from Jess I will say Jess Auto used to be a great place for locals to buy new/used vehicles and a great option for parts/services but ever since this company got rid of their best manager and brought in a new one, this dealership has gone to complete shit. Don't waste your time here!! The costumer service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, any chance they have to fuck you over they will. If you're in the market for a new vehicle; go somewhere else! Jess is not the place to do business with!!!

I would highly recommend Jess Ford to anybody. From the moment I walked in there till the time I left was one of the easiest and fastest experiences I've had when trading in a vehicle . Everybody was so nice. Kept me informed about everything. Gave me plenty of options. Definitely will be going back.

I haven’t bought many vehicles from a dealership in my life. The few times I have I felt pressured and stressed.My experience at Jess Auto was pleasant and relaxed. Krystal was patient and worked hard to find the right truck for me. The purchase process was fast and easy, I even got a free hat out of the deal. Five stars!

This is the 3rd vehicle we bought from Jess and 2nd from Connor. He is awesome to work with and has delivered the vehicle and signed papers at my kitchen table. So chill. Only downside of this last transaction was the total slap in the face $ they we’re going to give for my trade, but we sold it outright the next day. Would definitely do business with Connor or Brian again! Thx

My mom and I went to Ford in Omak, Washington to have a backup key cut and electronically programmed. We had made an appointment and when it was time to pick up the key the service workers told us multiple times the key wasn’t ready for multiple reasons. Finally, after 3 hours of waiting one of the service workers came out to the lobby and told us they had cut the key but they could not electronically program it because the system was down and they did not know when it would be back up and running. They stated they didn’t know if it was their personal website or the Ford Global website that was down. The Ford employee didn’t know when the electronic programing site would be up but said we would have to pay the full amount for the key. My mom and I said the key isn’t completed and is non functioning so we’re not paying until the work is completed, which is standard. The Ford Employee told us in a very rude tone we have to pay the full amount right now even though the work is not fully completed. The service manager and the parts coordinator stepped in and told us the exact same thing along with rude, hostile, and aggressive attitudes. My mom and I kept on stating it is unusual for a license business to require full payment when the work is not fully completed and or is done incorrectly. The best part is they didn’t know when they could get us in for another appointment to complete the work but wanted us to pay the full amount for the key. This was awful service and to be honest this was a scam. The police should be contacted because I believe this dealership is scamming people out of their money. Brian Rowland was excellent on helping us with our purchase. He took the time to explain the deal for us. We didn't feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable about your line of trucks. We need more customer service skills like his in the market today.He gets 5 stars plus.
