The Customer Service provided in the past has always been top notch! Office staff is experienced, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we have received.

Thank you Karen & Chuck for yr help to keep Francisco hearing aides in ck they are a older brand but their still in use at this time. He needs a new pair but just can't afford at this time. Great company to deal with!
