My son and I were on a motorcycle trip enroute to Alaska and a part on his bike failed in Omak. I tried every single auto parts store and hardware store within 30 miles and no one had anything useful nor did they act as if they wanted to help. The fellow who was at the counter at Motion Auto (I don’t recall his name) was very patient and helpful AND he directed me to a part that got us back on the road with a very minor mod to the bike. The substitute part lasted our entire trip to Anchorage and back and I’m pretty sure it’s an improvement over the factory part. He saved our trip!
