“Kellie was amazing! She was so welcoming when I came in and she made small talk with me, overall just made me fell welcomed and then she went on to tidying up the store and when she had noticed I had a few things I was planning on trying on she asked if I would like to use a changing room. Normally the associate would ask for my name and and use the most common spelling but Kellie asked how it was spelt! I've never been upset when it wasn't spelt correctly in the previous times but Kellie went out of her way to ask for spelling! She for sure deserves some praise!”
