Additionally, some customers feel the post office has lost its friendly atmosphere as many people have left the organization.

    USPS employee would not get out of her vehicle and knock on my door to have me sign for a package..saw her a week later..she’s not disabled and there was no cast on her..I missed my mail that day..isn’t this her job?
