“Branch general manager (Carol) squeezed me in without an appointment as I needed a form printed and signed. She quickly printed off the form, I filled it out and she scanned it for me and forwarded it as a pdf for ease. When I arrived, another lady was going through the customer line asking people if they needed something other than a teller to help save time. Good customer service at this branch.”

BUT the branch manager took me I to her office and helped me get what I needed. I 100% recommend BMO to everyone. This wasn't even my branch I deal with BMO in Kelowna who are equally as great. “I tried using Wells Fargo to set up a new business account. I already use them for a seperate entity so I figured it would be seamless. Nope. Couldnt get the help I need so I wondered down the street to Umpqua and diddnt have a headache or issue getting in. Setup and out. Staff were great. Banking here seems like it's going to be easy.”
