Lakeside Pharmacy staff always default to being friendly and helpful. They serve the community well and customers know they go above and beyond to help when it is in their control. There are some things pharmacies do not have control over but unfortunately their staff receive the brunt when patients are unhappy with their insurance, doctor, or rules that pharmacies have to follow to keep their doors open. There are currently nationwide shortages on drugs, insurances have rules of what medications they will pay for and doctors are very busy and may not get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy when the patient wants it to be done. In all of these cases, the pharmacy is just the messenger and blame should not be placed for things that are out of their control. Employees here should be praised for their friendliness and attention to customer's needs.

They screwed up my prescription, only giving me a third of my pills but charging me the full amount! I had even called ahead to verify, and driven two hours to get it. They admitted their mistake, but did nothing to solve it. Incredibly careless, resulting in a loss of my time and money. I'll be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy from now on. --The following is a reply to Lakeside pharmacy's post. I phoned twice before to make sure I could pick up my full perscription from you a week before I traveled. When I paid at the counter I said that's just 1 packet. Are there 30 pills? The pharmacist assured me there were 30 pills. That's why I paid the full amount. It was only later that I found there was only 10. You offered to ship. But that is impossible because I live in Canada. That's why I called ahead and did everything possible to get 3 month of my perscription. Yes humans make mistakes but you don't pay for those mistakes. I pay for your mistake. That's why I'm giving you 1 star. Your mistake cost you a bad review. Your mistake cost me another 4 hour round trip and gas.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I called because my husband is on pain medication and every pharmacy in Omak was out of what he needed. This pharmacy said they had some but wouldn't fill his prescription because he wasn't a regular customer. Now my husband is going through withdrawals, thank you Lakeside pharmacy. I feel this is discrimination against first time customers. Obviously I guess they only need they're friends and family's business and no outsiders. I will be reporting them to the proper higher ups. They need to be shut down!!

I refuse to shop here with the behavior and choices the owner makes in how they treat and talk to their customers. I had written a different review with detail of what occured, but chose to remove it. I only pray she learns what God has to offer a life of honesty and shows her the light.

Excellent service. They really work hard to get to people in and out with minimal wait times!!And if you want Covid or Flu shots they are done professionally and I didn't even feel the injection!

I recently moved to Oroville, I called the pharmacy and they transferred my prescription here without a problem. Very polite, hopefully and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

I switched from RiteAide (which I already had issues with) because they promised they would be better at mailing my prescriptions to me 1st time I try to get it filled, they can't mail it at all. Back to RiteAide. They sucked, but at least it ended up in the mail.

LOVE this place! I have lived in Okanogan County for 12+ years now, and worked with at least 5 different pharmacies. Lakeside is far and away the best I've ever found. Absolutely none of the issues I've encountered elsewhere (examples: not enough seating/comfortable waiting area; little to no privacy while speaking at the counter; inconvenient operating hours/ midday closures; constantly lost prescriptions.) They even deliver to Tonasket (17 miles south of us.) Seriously, I trust this place with my life.

This pharmacy is efficient and so friendly. The first time I went in they greeted me warmly and finished my prescription in almost no time. The pharmacy in my town closed and we were automatically transferred to a corporate pharmacy that immediately disappointed me, so coming into Lakeside was a breath of fresh air. As a former pharmacy technician, I highly recommend them!
