Do yourself a favor and go to Ship it to Us or another Establishment that honored the insurance they charge you to do product and reimburse you when they break it. The post office won't honor their own insurance.

They simply don't deliver. They mix up peoples mail all the time. They do not properly fill out cards left for picking up at the post office. I try to avoid receiving any packages from them. UPS or FED EX if at all possible.
