I used the self wash for my dog Winter and it was a great experience! She was in heaven with all the pets and treats from the other customers/employees, it was her first experience in a pet store and they sure made it a good one for her!
The customer service is always amazing as well and I always look forward to coming in. I’ll definitely be back

I’ve brought my dog Dougie here a handful of times now and he always comes out looking so handsome and smelling fresh! When I bring him in during the week they usually have him done in under 2 hours which is SO nice. Very friendly, communicative, and clean place. Highly recommended for your grooming needs!

My boyfriend & I just recently moved to Orting, we’ve been looking for a new pet store and this is the place! Scheduled an appt to get our dogs nail trimmed and they truly made the process seamless. The owner provided us with such quality service and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, I could’ve stayed to chat with her all day. She has so many great recommendations for our dog Gracie and is the sweetest lady ever. Thanks so much for the nail trim & our new snacks/treats, and toys to play with. Can’t thank you enough, highly recommend and can’t wait to go back soon?

I just took my 3 dogs in for self-wash for the first time. Lori (sp) was amazing! She not only offered to help wrangle the girls from the car but was so genuinely kind and such a blessing - girl you made my day!Oh and the wash was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and they have punch cards so you can earn free washes - who doesn't love that?!

I had my puppy chow chow groomed here for his first time at the groomers. The staff was very kind and they treated my puppy like he was their own. And he looked and smelled amazing and still looks freshly groomed even though it’s been a few weeks.
