The service was extremely unprofessional, the staff was rude and inattentive. One of the staff looked down on us and had an attitude. They also hung up the phone while I was in the middle of asking a question. It was clear that we were being treated differently from others. I will not be returning, and I urge others to be mindful of where they choose to spend their money.

I recently started going here a few months ago for lashes, previously I had been to going to the same place for a few years but because of the commute I needed something local. The first few visits at Fab-ooh-lash it went great (I thought) I let the girls know what I like and what I wanted because I was a new client, just like I would have done anywhere else.
After about the third appt my appts kept getting cancelled and I kept getting the run around for several days. I finally went in for my appt at 545pm as the text message said, I arrived at 540. I was approached at 550, turned away because I was told it was too late and the lash artist lives to far away to leave that late and I was told to come back tomorrow, this was the third time this happened, I stated ok and I left. I was frustrated as anyone would be.
I called the following day to attempt to schedule an appt, as I had been trying to do for a week. Caren told me, they haven't been wanting to schedule me because I "complained" about the lashes and my mini fills were not appreciated because the staff doesn't make any money off me and that it's better that I do a full fills instead, so none of the girls want to do my lashes. This was never an issues before, I appreciate my lashes, I respect the lash artists, I gave feedback to tell them what I like and it was interpreted that I was complaining. I was treated poorly, and it was very unprofessional. They should have brought this to my attention first thing instead of cancelling my appts and hiding it from me.
Caren just kept telling me that I was the problem. I'm still so confused on what's really happened, all I could do was apologize, Caren didn't want to hear it. I had intentions to still schedule an appt, but Caren said she had to call me back after she asks if anyone wants to do my lashes and I never received a call. I will not be going back, because I am not the problem.

Had nanoblading for my brows. Extremely unhappy with the results, you absolutely cannot tell I had anything done and spent $465. I had before micro blading and the results was beautiful and it lasted over 2 years.
My eyebrows look like had no nanoblading done, no trace of it . Please don’t waste your money or time . Highly not recommend this business.

I have had the best experience since establishing care at fab ooh lash. Caren and her team are always welcoming and accommodating, even when I forgot to schedule myself for a lash fill they found a way to squeeze me in. They go above and beyond taking care of their customers and are very knowledgeable about skin care treatments. The products they use are high quality, prior to coming here my eyes always watered and burned and I thought they were just sensitive. Since getting my eyelashes done here I’ve had no issues with irritation and they last longer!

I got a tightening facial and chemical peel. I can already see the difference! Very relaxing. Professional Staff and so sweet and kind. I also got a arm and wrist message. Very affordable!! I highly recomend!

Came in today to ask some questions about their services. No one acknowledged my presence because they were too busy with one customer at the counter. I even approached the counter to look into the brochure and even then no welcome in, hello, be with you in a moment etc greetings. Please note that this is customer service 101 if you want to thrive in the business world. ;)

My wife has been going to Fab-Ohh-Lash since before this location and the owner and the gals she has working for her are amazing what’s even more awesome is when you go there it’s not like a practice it is like seeing you’re family my wife loves this place so much thank you for everything you do

I have been going to Fab-oo-lash since Spring of this year. They have done my eyebrows and my lashes since. They do an amazing job every time! The staff always welcomes you and makes you feel like family. They pride themselves in the relationships they create. I recommend Fab-oo-lash. They offer so many services and always goes above and beyond.

Don’t get Botox here! I recently got some Botox done here and the results are minimal. The girl was nervous and didn’t know how to count the units. I can move my face after the injections and the lines are still there (my lines were minimal before hand). When she injected me there was a weird crackling sound and she left bruising on my face. On the first visit they make a lot of promises about making it right if you’re not happy when you return (have to book a second appointment for follow up), but I just ended up spending more money at the second visit with no results. You also have to pay a one time fee to talk to a doctor to clear you for treatment. I will not be returning and wish I knew this before I went here.

Elsie did a wonderful facial- it was my first in a long time, I went with the hydrafacial and do not regret it. Upon examining my skin, I was right I’ve got terrible dry skin. She was informative about products and proper skin regime but not pushy at all. She was delightful with a great balance of talking and relaxing. Caren is fantastic!! Can not sing her praises enough. Her services are in credible. I have done several IPL facials and each one has been tailored to my skins needs. I suffer with Rosacea and sometimes need a little extra talc. The products suggested were equally amazing. I leave in a tranquil state every time. Get in her salon asap!!
