Dale and his son built our home up on NE Belfair Dr. In Belfair. He always got back to us quickly when we called him and when we were going to meet with him he was the was the first one to arrive. He kept us updated on all the work that the subcontractors did. Dale is very well respected in Belfair by the banks and merchants. He brought the house in under budget and a month early. The whole building process went smoothly and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a builderServices: Tile work installation

We feel so lucky to have found Hart Homes LLC when planning to have our home built. This would be our one and only experience in having our dreams become a reality and wow did Dale Hart exceed our expectations and wildest dreams! From the deconstruction of our tiny cabin and the planning and designing of the best way to utilize the property, to the redesigning, tweaking and re altering the house plans numerous times for us, Dale has been extremely professional and patient. He always kept us in the loop as to the scheduling of the permits, contractors, deliveries and any changes within the upcoming schedule, which truly showed us he was committed with our project until complete. The businesses that he directed us to for floor, cabinet and carpet were very helpful and could not say enough good things about Dale. Our building experience was a dream come true. We have had friends of our’s that had homes built and were always telling us horror stories about delays and items built wrong or the use of wrong material and color. Dale was an extreme pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone building a house. We believe Hart Homes LLC is has earned our trust and loyalty and we have every intention of (and already have) recommending Dale Hart to our family, friends and coworkers looking to buildMike and Denise SnowService: Home construction

We purchased a home from a family that had Hart Homes finish the build. Dale Hart was the original project manager for the builder that embezzled money from the original home owners. They reached out to Dale Hart of Hart Homes LLC to finish the build. This home was never disclosed that it sat for an extended period of time until after we moved in and found problems. Dale Hart did a 1 year warranty with us since the house had never been occupied and we were the first family to move into it. 4 months after living in our new home my hallway flooring started to split and shift. We reached out to Dale who had come by to take a look. Dale had been at our house before fixing things here and there. He acknowledged that the hallway was bad and that he would get back with us in a few days to discuss the plan. Dale Hart did respond and stated he would not be fixing our flooring as he did not lay the subflooring down (the previous builder whom he worked for did). We went back and forth with Dale to try and resolve the issue and get it fixed. We then hired and inspector to come out and inspect the house. We waived the inspection when we bought the home as he was honoring a 1yr warranty and at the time we bought the market was booming and finding someone to come out and inspect was hard as most were booked out months. We didn’t think we would have any issues on a home that passed county inspection and was given the clear to list on the market. The inspection report stated a few minor repairs along with the subflooring needed to be replaced. The inspector peeled back the insulation only to find that black mold had been covered up. We sent the inspection report to Hart Homes LLC and Dale responded that he would be fixing the minor things but not our subflooring or floors. Hart Homes LLC knew that the subflooring was bad but continued to lay flooring down.We did end up retaining a lawyer and reached out to the original home owners that stated the subflooring was suppose to be replaced as it was exposed for almost a year with no roof on the home. Dale has refused to fix or meet us halfway to resolve the issue. Since then we have had 3 contractors out and 2 foundations experts 1 being a forensic engineer. They have all stated that this was poorly built and my subflooring is rotting. We had air quality done and our house is uninhabitable and unfortunately we have no where to move to. We had our insurance involved but like most insurance companies they do not cover poor workmanship which is where we are at. I have all the reports along with the mold report proving my complaint. I also have pictures that I will share.I would not recommend this builder to anyone. I will include the photos. 14 months later and the walls are cracking and splitting as the subflooring is rotting out. We will now have to pay someone to fix our home as this could drag out for years with lawyer fees and finger pointing from Dale. He has not taken ownership of anything.

Hart Homes LLC saw my home build from start to finish on an unimproved lot. Everything from utilities from the street to completion of the house and shop. I chose Hart Homes to build my house due to his attention to detail, excellent communication, scheduling abilities with subcontractors, and his ability to get a house done with very minimal downtime. He made sure everything was planned ahead and holds his subcontractors to do the job correct the first time to minimize rework and downtime. With building a house during Covid, there were difficulties just from that but Hart Homes LLC got my house built on schedule, to my designs, and on budget. Hart Homes LLC took care of all my concerns during the build and also took care of the subcontractors so there were no issues along the way.Services: Project management

It tools us a year to finally find a contractor. I was lucky enough that Dale was available and left the previous contractor who embezzled a ton of money. Dale left that company to start off on his own and I’m glad he did. He built our home efficiently and timely and I’m glad we were able to have him in our corner especially during the pandemic.Services: Flooring

We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Hart Homes LLC. Communication was excellent throughout the process and they were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Dale handled everything that needed to be done and kept us updated if there was going to be any delays. They were also very mindful of the budget. Hart Homes LLC would be our first choice again if we were going to build.Service: Home building

Dale has been building homes for over 30 years. I haven’t heard of a bad thing about a house he has ever had his hands in. This man is the only person I trust in starting a build from the ground up and making sure it is correct throughout the construction process. My house was his first house under his brand and I seemed him out myself because of what I know he has built in his past. He is top notch in every aspect in home construction. He is one of the very rare men that you can actually take his word and believe what is says.Services: Project management

This company is a class act, top notch home builder/remodeler. **** has been in the home building industry for over 30 yrs and knows what he is doing. My home was his first ground up home under harthomes LLC and he was on top of timelines and making sure things were done correctly. Dales word is concrete and if we were to have another home built he is the man I am gonna trust to do it all over again!!!
